Lexi's POV:
*Friday morning*I woke up and look in the mirror. Seeing my bruises that looked a whole lot worse. They were so much more noticeable. Shit! I grabbed my phone and quickly called Sky.
"Hello." Sky said sleepily into the phone. "I need your help." I say with panic. "The bruises, they're worse!" I exclaim into the phone. "I need help covering them."
"Okay, I'll be over in 20." She says.
I got dress and throw my hair into a messy bun. I heard the front door open and Sky came running into my room with a bag of her make up. "Damn, she fucked up your face." She said laughing.
"No, I haven't noticed." I said sarcastically. "Haha, funny." She said sitting me down on my bed as she started to cover up my face.
Sky's POV:
I feel so bad for Lexi. First, it was Lucas now it's both of them. She doesn't deserve this. She is one of the nicest people I know, I don't know what she did to them. She tells me to not tell her parents, but I feel like I should. It's starting to get out of control. At first it was just a few snarky comments, but the day that I found her bruises from Lucas freshman year I knew it was going to get worse.
For example, she is getting bullied from 2 people I feel like I need to do something. However, if I do she would hate me because I made a promise that I won't tell.

Lexi's POV:
Sky and I walked into lunch and sat at our normal table. So far today has been pretty uneventful. Thank god for Sky coming in clutch this morning or else my face would look so disgusting.
"Hey Lexi, hey Sky!" Riley says when we got to the table. "Hey guys." Sky and I say in unison.
"Hey Lex, you okay?" Leah asked. "Umm, yeah I just have a few bruises but it's no big deal." I reply.
"You sure? We want you healthy for the play off game tonight." Riley replies cutting off Leah.
I laughed a little. "Yeah, I'm sure. I'll be fine." I say. They looked at me and then it got quiet. "So you guys excited?" I ask trying to change the subject off of me.
"Yeah, did you guys know that if we win this game we will be heading to state." Leah says.
"Wait! Are you serious! We have to win now! I didn't realize that we are so close." I say happily.
We kept talking about tonight but I noticed Sky was a little out of it, she was staring off to what appeared to be Cody talking to a girl named Rachel.
Sky's POV:
The girls kept talking about tonight's game but I couldn't focus, my eyes were drawn on Cody talking to Rachel across the cafeteria, she is one of the girls on our volleyball team. She was so pretty and skinny. I saw them talking and he was laughing, LIKE THROUGHOUT THE WHOLE CONVERSATION! Well, at least the parts of the conversation that I saw.I sensed Lexi looking at me, so I snapped out of my daze and tried to pay attention to the conversation going on at our table.

Lexi's POV:The school day was finally over which meant 3 hours until the play off game. I was so excited. Whenever I played volleyball all my drama faded and the only thing on my mind was the 30ft by 30ft court that I protected and slamming the ball on the other 30ft by 30ft court across from me.
