Envy

Oh yes, I do envy you

What with your looks, boyfriends, glamour and luck

Oh yes, I wish I was you

A whole lot of me is insecure, and it burns to feel this way

But yes, you do envy me too

What with my wisdom, decisions, best friends and solitude

And yes you do wish you were me

What with my nose in the books, I rarely would and do sound dumb.

I guess the only thing that's common about us is the fact that we will never be content with what we have or what we are.
