Seunghee is alone waiting for Yuta by the lounges. She's reading something when she hears someone saying sorry to another just beside her. It catches her attention and it seems like they bumped into each other. Suddenly she remembers him. That guy she saw at the café yesterday. For some reason, his face is stuck in her head and she has no idea why. The way he looked at her, even though it wasn't anything grand, it remains in her mind. Something is keeping her from forgetting about him. But realizing there's no good in dwelling about him, she brushes away the thought and continues to read her book.

For a little more while, Yuta hasn't come and she receives a text message from him saying he can't cuz he's meeting his professor at the dean's office for his thesis. Automatically, she picks up her things and leaves the lounges. She's going home early today, without him.

On her way to her apartment, a few blocks away from the campus, she drops by a cake shop. She's craving for cakes lately, it's ruining her diet. She walks in the shop and begins checking out the cakes on display. There's too many to pick from, she's having a hard time choosing one.

Not so far outside, Jeonghan is strolling around town. He's trying out his new shoes, the one he bought on sale last weekend. He left Chaeyeon behind since she still has classes. And besides, he's actually not just trying the shoes, but also his luck. He wishes to see the girl again. And by girl, he means Seunghee.

He strolls simply looking around. The place is packed, it's only 5PM and a lot of university students are around. This place is located at the middle of the universities and it's no wonder, it's almost crowded only with students. And he wishes to see her in this crowd. He just doesn't understand why after all these years, he only sees her now when they're very near each other.

And his luck is at its peak. He passes by that particular cake shop and in a split second, there she is. There is the girl he's looking for, seriously selecting a cake to buy. He feels excited and nervous at the same time. The beating of his heart rapidly increases and he checks if his breath smells nice. Once he finds everything is good and he's good to go, he walks inside the cake shop and casually walks behind her.

She's so fixated on the cakes that she doesn't really notice the ones around her. Seeing this, he makes another effort to stand beside her, making it obvious enough that he's not there for the cakes, the cake tender even notices.

"Hm.." she murmurs.

She steps to the side, slightly bumping to him. "Oh, I'm sorry."

She only takes a glimpse of him but the moment she realizes he's the person she can't stop thinking about, she looks at him one more time with stunned eyes, making him glance back at her, as if he isn't there for her.

"Aren't you the girl at the cafeteria?" he asks, as if not meaning to see her.

Still surprised, it takes a little while before she replies. "At the café, yesterday, yeah. The guy who was with the girl who made a mess."

"Aren't you supposed to answer me first? But yah that was me."

She finally gets a hold of herself and faces him relaxed, "I'm sorry, yeah, that was me too."

"Should I say what a coincidence?" he jokes.

"I can hardly say, but I think it is," they both chuckle.

"Fond of sweets?"

"Well, kinda."

"Oh, this is our second meeting so I think I should introduce myself. I'm Yoon Jeonghan, a senior at Hongik University."

"Nice to meet you, I'm Oh Seunghee, a senior too at Hanyang University."

He reaches out his hand to her and she gladly accepts it. It's like electricity runs through their veins when their skins touch. And they both feel it, it's too remarkable to disregard.

"Are you buying?" he asks.

"Ah, yeah. Just some dessert for dinner later. What about you?"

"I was just looking for someone."

"I see...  Excuse me, I'll just order my cake."

"Yeah, go ahead."

She doesn't know what he meant and she doesn't want to label it. She's just glad she sees him today. A joy she still doesn't comprehend. And vice versa. Maybe he should count on his luck more. Seeing her now is an accomplishment. But how can he see her again? That's the ultimate question.

They only part ways shortly after meeting again that afternoon at the cake shop and for days, Jeonghan is always on the lookout for Seunghee. Whether he's with Chaeyeon or not, he's always searching for her.  He can't get her out of his mind even more since that day. And it's been almost a week.

He gets out on his own to refresh. It's been all the time he's with Chaeyeon and he's getting a little tired of her talk all about her daily activities. He goes to the mall and just stands there at the side, watching people walk in one after another to the skating rink. He wishes to see Seunghee again. But it seems he's out of luck today.

Somewhere around the area, Seunghee buys something at the supermarket. It's only a few stalls away from the skating rink and she's on the way out of the mall, of which she's gonna pass by the skating rink. Yuta's gonna fetch her later and she's gonna meet him by the parking area. But along the way, she sees Jeonghan alone at the corner of the rink. Her heart skips a beat. For a week, she wonders when she'll see him again. And she's very glad that it's today. He's readying to go, just in time for her to greet him. She stands closely by his side and greets him.

"Is it just coincidence that I have to meet you here again?" Seunghee says.

He turns to her surprised. Upon hearing her voice, his world just stops and upon seeing her face, his long face now brightens.

"Seunghee-ssi...  Hi!" he mumbles. Finally seeing her leaves him breathless.

She smiles at him and it makes his world melt. She's the prettiest woman in the world, no doubt about that. While in her eyes, he's one in a million. Since day one, she has always thought so and she's just reassured everytime she sees him.

"Are you waiting for someone? Or are you looking for someone again?" she playfully asks.

"I think I found her," he mindlessly replies.

It strikes her, but she doesn't want to bite it, it's too soon. "Well good for you. I think I'll go now, my boyfriend's waiting for me. Bye, Jeonghan-ssi."

She walks away with a heavy heart but she has to. It's bad. She's starting to like him.

Seeing her go crushes his heart. He can't understand it yet but he doesn't want to lose the chance. He can't let this chance pass by without exerting effort. So he utters something without considering anything or anyone at all.

"Can I meet you again tomorrow?" he blurts out quite loud since she's already a few meters away.

She can't even explain how she feels. He tells her the same thing she can never ask him. And it's overwhelming. It's too much coincidence for a day. So she replies him with a smile, without even thinking.

She turns to him saying, "Yeah. Sure."

He's overjoyed. He smiles back at her and looks delicately into her eyes. She's wonderful and he wants to be with her more. The feeling of yearning for her is hastily taking over him. He's still not sure what it is, but he's sure about his attraction to her. And this is unpredictably a first for him.

And it's the same with her. They've only met each other for the third time today but meeting him again relieves her of something she can't even explain. But on a second thought, why does it feel like she misses him? Why? She doesn't know him. She only just met him. But why does it feel like this?

It's a big question for both of them, but who cares when they want to be together? For a moment they both forget about the persons they are committed to and just enjoy the moment they share together.
