Chapter #6: Hesitation.

This hatred you feel, without a doubt is gonna tear you limb from limb before it hones you into a walking catastrophic mess. And sooner or later that'll swallow you up like you've never fucking seen. Klause B.

At age twelve, Vadik discovered how merciless the man he looked up too, to be. According to Valdemar's code of ethics: Elimination was a prime tool in thier choice of business, thier lifestyle a desideratum in more ways than one. Such nasty business that was only needed for extracting valuable information

Eliminating of anyone is never a fun task when that anyone used to be a special someone to you.
So close to your heart yet so psychically far away, so when that time unfortunate enough to have come, what do you do?

You hesitate. When your left alone with her sobbing battered self, taking in the reality of it all. The temperature of the room suffocating everything you once knew until hatred consumes you. You hesitate, at how she flinches her once beautiful brown eyes that matches yours explain to you it's okay to pull that trigger. You fucking hesitate, at how content she is despite her painstaking bodily figure writhing ever-so gently in agony.

Your shivering finger's lower the armory slowly. Cold metallic felt as if it were engraving itself into your flesh. And as quick as a bolt of lighting you lift your arm, connect your eyes to hers and point direct opposite of you both, aim and fire. The sound rangs loud as the bullet is lodged in the wall and you scurry to her side in seconds pulling out a knife to slice through tight ropes that were sure to leave red markings for several weeks.

In a matter of seconds she is free. And you're aware it'll take less than a minute for the guards to return, for your father to return to see your deceit. You help her up and peering into beautiful brown gaze, "Never come back. Because he will kill you."

Quickly she kisses your cheek in a display of gratefulness, "T-Thank you..." Scurrying toward the back exit to the secret corridor that leads to the basement where the emergency car silently awaits her getaway.

Four guards arrive in confusion at the scene. And you lift your gun, expertly aiming and firing four rounds without hesitation. Their weight's falling atop each other with breathless grunts.

It was to be simple. Yet he wholeheartedly hesitated. Looking over his shoulder in dismay, eyes trailing the hidden entrance she depart to, his eyes begun to water. Goodbye, Mama.
