Karushuu One-Shots (Karma Akabane x Gakushuu Asano)

*Set three years after Korosensei's death and Karma and Gakushuu have been dating for more than a year now*

It was just another ordinary day at Kunugigaoka...

"Karma... Your ballpen tapping is creating a ripple in the pond of silence that the students in this library are swimming in" Ren mumbles in a poetic way, making Karma sigh. Over the past years, Karma has grown used to being with the virtuosos. Especially since Karma and Gakushuu started dating, he started hanging out with the other four, although Ren is the one he doesn't dislike the most.

"Sorry, but I'm bored" Karma groaned as he rested his chin on the palm of his hand

"I'm sure the rest of the guys will be here soon, along with Asano-kun" Ren chuckled at Karma's impatience. Even though the virtuosos used to hate Karma, they had to admit that they respected his intelligence, especially since it rivaled their leader's.

"Speak of the devil" Ren added, making Karma perk up and look towards the door of the library, only to be disappointed when it was only Seo and Teppei.

"Where's Gakushuu?" Karma asked as the two went near

"Asano-kun's probably on his way" Teppei said, taking a seat on the opposite side of Karma and Ren

"Hey Karma-kun, do you believe in soulmates?" Seo asked as Karma felt confused

"Not really. I think people fall in love and work hard on their relationship. Some people are probably more suited for each other, but it's stupid to think that there's only one specific person out there for you" Karma said, making Seo grin

"Good! 'Cause I think I found Asano-kun's soulmate" Seo said as a book came flying towards his face. He barely dodges and glares at Karma

"You said you didn't believe in soulmates!" Seo huffed as Karma glared back

"I don't" Karma crossed his arms and added "What makes you even think that this guy is Gakushuu's soulmate"

"Well for one, she's a top marking student in her school, she's also the student council president there" Seo said

"Does she play an instrument?" Teppei asked

"Yeahp! The violin!" Seo grins as Teppei and Ren are shocked

"She even plans on being a lawyer when she grows up" Seo added

"She's perfect for Asano-kun!" Teppei said with wide eyes

"Fate indeed does find its way into people's lives, connecting them in a way that lets soulmates find each other" Ren said in his usual poetic tone as Karma resisted the urge to stab the three with his ballpen

"Yeah. She sounds perfect. Good thing the guy Gakushuu settled for isn't sitting right here" Karma scoffed

"My apologies, Karma-kun. I'm sure that she's too perfect to be true" Ren smiled apologetically

"She's definitely real. In fact, I invited her over for lunch today" Seo added

"You what?" Karma growled, a dark aura quickly surrounding him

"It's no big deal, Karma-kun!" Seo defended with a fearful smile and quickly added "I invited her over for a date with me, not Asano-kun"

"Tch. You better make sure of it" Karma said in a low voice but was snapped out of his trance when he felt a hand on his shoulder

"Ready for lunch?" Gakushuu asked as the four turned to see that him and Koyana were suddenly there

"Mhm" was all Karma mumbled as he took Gakushuu's hand in his, not letting go as the six headed over to the cafeteria. Gakushuu was of course confused at Karma's sudden public display of affection, which they both were usually against. But he simply dismissed it, not really caring to argue with Karma for something so simple
