I pulled out of the drive way. A lot was going on in my head. And I mean a lot. I had so much on my mind, I didn't see the Volvo, nor did I see the stop sign.

I nearly nipped it. Warm tears rolled down my cheeks.

"Fuck!" I hit the wheel with my fists. Dinger has gotten into my head. I looked up, no shit.

"Dinger?" I rolled down my window. The red haired kid turned around. It wasn't him. I sighed and rolled up the window.

"This is crazy. I'm seeing this shit head everywhere. Fuck." I wiped under my eyes. I'm not a pretty crier.

I made it to Joel's house without hitting a car. Deep breathes I took. Checking myself in the mirror. Lipstick unsmudged, mascara good, I looked fine. Getting out I almost tripped on my shoes. I cursed under my breath making my up the steps. I knocked on the door.

"You ready?" I asked as he answered the third knock.

"Yeah let's go."

~

Popcorn, candy, and drinks we held going into the dark room.

"Where do you wanna sit?" I whispered to him.

"Up there." He pointed to the top of the seats, trying to not drop the box of candy in his hand.

Sitting, I spilt a bit of the popcorn on someone in frontof me.

"Hey watch it." A female voice hissed, the hissing sounded so familiar. The girl turned around.

"Uh, hi Shelley." I tried to sound nice with out stuttering.

"I should've known it was you. You fuck up everything you touch." She snickered along with the guy sitting next to her. I got down real close, until my head was in between both of theirs.

"You know Shells, can I call you that? Eh, what do you care. I bet you got a billion different pet names huh?" I looked at the guy sitting next to her.

"But, I don't think it would be wise for you to make yourself noticeable in front of your, boyfriend's, cousin. Now is it." I smirked. She sat there frozen.

"You're not gonna tell him are you?" She slowly turned her head towards me.

"Well, I mean, he trusts me. And we are family." I sat back slowly shrugging my shoulders at them.

"Please Delilah, I'll do anything." She pleaded.

"Anything?"

"Anything."

"Anything?" I said again.

"Yes, how many times do I have to tell you."

"85 bucks." I stuck out my hand.

Without hesitation she pulled out the money. I counted it. And smiled.

"I'll let it to him easy." I laughed as her facial expressions showed in the light of the movie screen.

"So Joel, what's the movie about?" I asked acting as if I didn't just rob Shelley of money.

"Actually, I don't really know, I panicked and picked a movie. I really didn't think I'd get this far." He chuckled nervously.

I just smiled. I had this weird feeling. Like something bad was gonna happen. Eh.

"Lilah, are, are you okay?" Joel asked looking at me.

"Yeah I'm fine why?"

"You look pale, are you sure you're okay?"

I felt lightheaded, the room started to spin.

"Joel..." Blackness swallowed me.

~

"Where am I?" I heard someone say.

"Oh great, tell him he's home kid." A male voice said.

"Who are you? Who's he? Who's she? Where am I?" The voice sounded more panicked than questioning.

A lady, man, and a red haired kid all stared the boy next to me and I.

"Where am I? Who the hell are you?" I looked at all of them.

"Oh my Lord, they've got amnesia." Said the woman.

"Hey Bobby it's me Dinger, don'tcha know me?" The red haired kid asked the other guy. The Dinger kid turned to me.

"Hey Delilah, it's me Dinger. Remember?" He said, eyebrows scrunched.

"Where's Gena?" Bobby said. Wait who's Bobby? Oh right, the kid next to me.

"Who's Gena?" The man said.

"Maybe he has a girlfriend." The lady suggested, one of the rollers in her hair coming undone.

"No ma'am he does have a girlfriend, her name is Shelley." Dinger said.

"He has a girlfriend." The woman said cheerful and disbelief in her voice.

"No he doenst have any girlfriend I would know about it." The man ate his Oreos. "He's on drugs."

"Don't look at me sir, I'm totally clean." Dinger said.

"What? What's going on?" Bobby shifted, uneasily. That's when I realized how close we were next to each other.

"He's moving." The woman was alerted.

"To think I could see that." The man said matter of factly.

"Oh My God, where is she?" Bobby said.

"Where is who she? Where is Shelley she? Or where is Laine she?" Dinger asked.

"Who the hell is Laine?" Said the man, mouth full of Oreos.

"Laine's Joel's girlfriend sir." Dinger said, eating an Oreo.

"Who's Joel?" Bobby asked.

"Wow, this is worse than I thought." Dinger got up close. Bobby got up, I stayed there on the bed motionless.

"I didn't even know he was dating." The lady said. I really wish I knew who they were.

"Uh, sh, she's a very nice girl ma'am." Dinger slightly stuttered.

Bobby got up and walked over towards the mirror.

"Oh my God. I'm him." Bobby touched his face. He started shaking his arms. "Shit! How!"

Bobby took off running out of the room.

"Dinkle go after him." The man said.

"It's Dinger sir, I can't I have a broken leg." Dinger complained.

"Will you move!" The man said. Dinger grabbed some Oreos from the man and took off after Bobby. In the process dropping the man's Oreos.

"He's dating." The woman said to herself leaving the room.

"Awww, no milk no cookies, nothing!" The man said. They both left the room. Only to return less than a minute later. I shut my eyes.

"Oh Gus, she doesn't look too good either." The lady said walking to the side of the bed.

"What happened to her Kit?" 'Gus' said.

"I don't know, a boy came by and said she passed out at the movies." 'Kit' said.

"Boy? What boy?" His asked.

"He said his name was Joel." Kit replied stroking my hair.

"Isn't Joel the one with the girlfriend? Nevermind, where are Anthony and Francine?" Gus asked.

"They didn't say where they were going or when they'd get back." Kit replied.

"We better give her some air, c'mon." They left me alone.
