Scarlet Forest - Forest of Hope

Chapter 6

"For the last time, my name isn't Dusty! It's Dani!" Dani glares at Wanoko, who shrugs. The jet black tom felt the need to gossip and tease people, so he got along with Anitsuya when she and Izaliah returned.

It began to rain more and more, and eventually Blue and I stayed inside our den rather than walk around after hunting and training. However, today was an exception and we were out and about.

"I wodner how Pebbles and Machinko are doing?" Wanoko mutters as the red female storms away, her tail swishing back and forth. Blue and I share a glance and continue walking. Wanoko follows.

"Ah, come on! Don't you wanna go chekc on your friend and his other friend?" he asks as we continue to ignore him. "You lovebirds are no fun!" The mischevious jet-black cat grunted and wandered back to his den, muttering about how he was never going to get a mate.

"Why did you let him move in again?" Blue asks me and I say nothing. We both burst out laughing at how things have changed since I came to the Scarlet Forest.

"I'm really glad you're here," Blue tells me and I purr.

"I'm glad I'm here, too. I got to meet you and everyone else," I smile, "plus this entire thing is like a great big adventure,here with everyone."

We sat on the Glow Stone - the place we first became mates. I let Blue groom my fur and I groomed his in return. While doing this, we watched the sun set.
