Chapter 7

Eventually, Wanoko convincied us to go check on Rocky and his friend. This time, Kuzu and Dani came along, though the red she-cat kept her distance from the cause of our journey.

Kuzu and Dani trailed behind Blue and I as we looked for the clearing we first saw Rocky at. The clearing had beautiful red, blue, and purple flowers, smooth stones, and many sticks.

Butterflies flew around thepath and the five of us watched. Dani suddenly broke the silence. "Look! There's two cats over there!"

A pale gray tom with amber eyes and a green and purple she-cat with vibrant blue eyes padded toward us. It was Rocky and someone else.

"Hi, Evergreen! Hi Bubbles! Uhm... I mean, what're your real names?" Rocky awkwardly greeted us with the flick of his tail.

"I'm Forest and this is Blue." I meowed as Rocky nodded.

He motioned to his friend, "This is Midori! She's really happy you helped us!"

"Rocky, I can say it myself! I'm Midori and I want to join your group, too! So does Rocky!" She declared proudly, flciking her purple tipped tail. Her ears has purple fuzz at the base and she gracefully followed us.

"Hi, Wanoko! You silly thief! Can you teach me how to do it?" "Oh, you're so cute! Your name is Dani? Wow! What a lovely name." "Say, Blue, how long have you been mates? Are there any single toms at the Scarlet Forest?" Midori kept trying to keep a conversation with everyone untill Rocky begged her to calm down when she almost said his full name out loud.

"You can have Anitsuya's old den since she moved in with Izaliah, Midori. Rocky, we'll need to build you one, since Wanoko took Blue's old den," I tell him and he nods.

"I'm ready to be a real wild cat!" he declared and we all pad into the camp where Napoli, Izaliah, and Anitsuya are waiting.
