This is it guys!!! This is the huge update, this chapter really shows his true feelings.

He stared deeply into her eyes, falling for her all over again. There was no way to stop him now. Vigorously yearning to quit the disintegration of the walls he's built to be so high, they quickly crumbled. To the point that there wasn't a chance in the world to rebuild them.

The pensive mood had been unexpectedly set by Ronnie and Gage's physical ed teacher right after he'd walked out to grab the papers off of the printer in the principal's office. "didn't think I'd see you again." Felicity sparked up anything that could make small talk with Shawn.

"Hm." He scoffed, turning his attention to his the stack of history books on the desks. The cold shoulder he'd been giving her for the past ten years was unbelievable to felicity. Had he been keeping such a grudge on the past.

"Grow up, Shawn. Let go of the past already. What happened between us ten years ago shouldn't have to be dragged into present time." She flattens her dress pants, crossing her legs.

"No." He sassed, fiddling with the ring on his finger. "I don't see why I should anyway." He looked up to her to get a glimpse of her fresh face. "I'm going to hold my grudge, whether you like it or not."

"That's fine by me." She shrugged a shoulder at him. Scooting her seat a bit closer to his, she reached for his hand and he let her get ahold of it. As much as he wanted to snatch his hand away, it was nearly impossible of a task.

"I never lost hope, for we were meant to be together from the beginning." Felicity's head perked up at his words, astonished that he never let go because he still contained feelings. "But I'm married." He lied.

"O-oh." She immediately released his hand, placing hers back into her lap. "Wait," she bit her lip, some of the red lipstick on her lips smudging onto her teeth, "someone married you?"

He nodded, rubbing his hands together. "I-" he was interrupted of his next lie by a teacher wishing them a good day as he passed my the all too quiet room.

"What about you?" He bit down on his back teeth as he impatiently bounced his leg. "I've been married twice. The first wasn't much of a relationship, but the second one. . . it was terrible. The guy and I- wait, I'm sorry. You didn't ask." She fixed a hair behind her ear, sinking in her seat.

"No, it's okay, really." He gestured a hand at her, wanting her to continue. He longed to hear the sound of her soft voice once more. "I care."

"It'll be a short time until Mr.Joseph returns, and the story would take far too long to explain." She chuckled innocently. "Ronnie, do daddy a favour and go pester Mr.Joseph for a minute while we talk." He smiles to Ronnie and she dragged Gage with her out of the room.

"We have plenty of time on our hands now." He raised a brow suggesting that she finishes her story. He ran a finger over his leg, doodling imaginary shapes on his black, cotton slacks that were worth more than anything he's ever bought himself in the past. From a fair financial holder to a wealthy business-man he went, it was only in the course of ten years that he'd reach such success.

"My second husband was terrible, like financially terrible. He couldn't provide for my son, being the complete selfish asshole he was. After that, I don't know, he part took in a horrid accident at his workplace and he died."

"I knew you'd chase off every man that'd come your way. After all, I was the only man who could ever meet your high expectations. Coincidence? I think not." He interpreted himself to be the best she'd ever have.

"I suppose you're right." She admitted. Admitting was one of the things she'd always hated to do, especially because she loved the way it felt to be right. But this time she knew that it had to be admitted to herself, as well as Shawn.

"That's all?" Felicity's eyes narrowed at him, confused as to what he meant by that. "Are you finished with your story?" He rephrased, she slowly shook her head.

"Okay, fine. He didn't die in an accident at his workplace." She sighed, "truth is, he attempted to harm me. . . Gage stepped in and-" her eyes watered, and Shawn passed her a tissue, to dry her tears.

"He killed his father?" Shawn stared in disbelief, his mouth hanging open. "Sorry, sorry." He laughed, slapping his knee lightly. "I needed a good laugh."

"We're finished talking about this." She tosses the tissue after its done its job to cleanse her eyes of tears. "Please, I-I was joking. I want to know." His voice softened, his hand placed over hers, where he felt it was meant to be all along.

"I'd rather. . . not." She came at a loss of words when Shawn touched her. "A- um, in the meantime, I need to ask you a professional question." She loosened up, Shawn's hands falling from hers.

   "Yeah, what is it?"

She looked over to the door frame before going on, "Gage's, um. . . father, he disappeared before the DEA could search our property. . . his job, actually is very very risky. Back to my topic, he disappeared and no one knows what happened to him."

"Uh. . . What's the question?" He stiffened, bringing a cold hand to his cheek.

"Do you think my son and I are in danger?" She gulped, searching for a response since he wasn't giving one. "Shawn?"

He met her eyes another time, feeling sorry. "I. . . I haven't heard your name around. So chances are slight, but if you feel in danger or whatnot, you know where to find me." He winked, but felicity hadn't caught that due to her eyes staring at the wall behind him.

"Oh, okay. Well I've got-" as she stood up Shawn pulled her back down onto his lap. They knew their actions weren't  appropriate in a place of education. "R-unning away from me isn't gonna fix us." He smirked, pressing his soft lips against her hand.

"Y-you're married, Shawn." She pulled her hand away, he cupped her knee, rubbing it gently. "What if I told you. . . I was lying?" He breathed onto her neck, sending no chills. He lost his sensuality, his sense of knowing how to love a girl.

"Wow, have we got ourselves a liar over here?"

"Hey, i am not a liar. Well, i kind of am, but I thought by saying that I got married, I'd be inferring that 'I've made it'." He chuckled, bringing back mental memories on how he used to laugh at his own jokes.

"Liar." She joked, he moved his hand from her knee to her thigh, moving further up over her clothed area. Her breath hitched, and she slowly switched her gaze to him. "S-hawn, please. . . Don't. We shouldn't."

"I want to." He gently and sweetly pressed his lips to her tan skin.

"D-don't play with me." She stammered, he ran a hand down her back, flinching away as Mr.Joseph and their kids came inside, wide eyed.

"Mom?" Gage's mouth dropped seeing her on Shawn. "Dad?" Ronnie followed with the shocked tone. Gage held Ronnie's hand and Shawn glared at him. Ceasing the moment, he dropped her hand and he sat at a desk far from Shawn.

Even though Shawn still had some feeling towards felicity, and wanted her, it gave no right for gage to think he could get close to Ronnie. It was wrong.

"Mr.Mendes, Ms.Wolfe," Mr.Jospeh began, passing them each a progress report of their kid, minding not of what he saw. "I'm going to need your signature, here, and here. . ." He pointed to the lines that asked for a parent signature, confirming that they approve of the grades their children got on both felicity's and Shawn's paper.

Both scribbled their name on the lines and Shawn immediately stood, "it was a pleasure meeting you, Mr.Joseph." They shook hands and Shawn called Ronnie over to leave.

As Shawn and Ronnie strolled down the aisle of lockers, Ronnie came up with an idea, "can gage come over to hang out?"

"Um, let me think. . . No."

"You could hang out with his mum."  her brows danced persuasively. He smiled at the ground and she nudged his shoulder, "dad, come on. You're smiling like an idiot, you totally like her."
