Tessa's POV

My heart leaped out of my chest as I stared at him  with wonder and amazement. As his head turned towards me I quickly looked away. I was at the premiere of The Mortal Instruments City Of Bones.

"Tess! Tess!" exclaimed my friend, Lily Collins.

"Shh!" said everyone.

I looked at everyone and laughed. "Yes ,Lily," I whispered as I tilted my head in her direction since she sat on my left.

"Did you see that scene? That was the best-"

"Lily, I know remember you told me that already?" I said laughing.

"Yes, I did," she laughed. I looked to the right just in time. He yawned and his slender hand went across my neck. My cherry red cheeks made me look like a strawberry, I'm sure.

"Sorry," he apologized as he quickly put his hand back into his lap. I turned to Lily to see if she saw but she was so interested in the movie. I took a glance at his face and saw his crystal blue eyes as they sparkled in the dark. Then the lights came on and the credits began to play on the screen. I got up and followed Lily outside. Piercing screams filled the air from roaring fans. Camera lights flashed everywhere via the paparrazi.

"Tess, my mom just texted me and said that it's an emergency," Lily said half shouting ."Jamie will drop you home."

"Who's Jamie?"

"Jace, just direct him to your house in case he gets confused. I already told him the address, though. Sorry I can't drop you home, " she apologized.

"This is why I should of come with Josh's van," I muttered under my breadth. Then she walked towards her car, got in and drove off.

"Are you ready to leave?" a voice said behind me. I jerked back and at the same time I slipped and fell backwards. A tall blonde guy caught me. I looked up and saw the guy who sat next to me in the cinema or whatever you call it but it is cinema to me .

"Are you alright?" he asked. His accent was British and this is Jamie the guy who played Jace. It took me a long moment to realize that he asked me a question.

"Yes, I am completely fine," I told him as I stood up and faced him.

"I'm Jamie. Jamie Campbell Bower but you'll know me by my character Jace." He held out his hand. His fingers were slender and I shook his hand gently. The way how he said his name made me want to embrace him. It also reminded me of James Bond.

"I'm Tessa Hudson but everyone calls me Tess," I replied.

"Tessa is a nice name . Tessa, I do not mean to be rude but how did you get in the premiere?"

"Lily is my best friend and she invited-'

'"Jamie!" a girl squealed. I turned around and saw Zoe Graham.

"Zoe," Jamie said and looked as thought he couldn't stand to be near her. "Tessa, this is my ex-girlfriend Zoe. Zoe, this is Tessa," he said awkwardly.

"Isn't it rude to introduce your ex like that to your girlfriend?" Zoe smirked.

"No, I'm not his-" I started but she cut me off.

"Trust me you'll fall for him, soon," she said like a prophetess.

"Tessa, I'm ready to leave ,"Jamie said and then started walking towards his car.

"Bye, Tessa," Zoe said and stalked off into the crowd. I ran to catch up with Jamie . Running in heels is not a nice thing to do unless you would like to have your feet covered in blisters. He's an actor but I still couldn't believe he drove a Range Rover. I thought he drove a BMW or Mercedes Benz. Jamie opened the passenger side and gestured for me to go in. He closed the door when I was in and got in the car.

"Where exactly do you live? I couldn't hear Lily properly," he said as we buckled our seatbelts. I told him my address. "Tessa would you mind if I stopped by the airport to pick up my brother?"

"No ," I said. I glanced at Jamie's radio and saw that the time was 10:10 pm. Josh ,my big brother would be home or by his girlfriend , hopefully so I have a 50% chance of being alone home. Jamie started the engine and drove to the airport. Jamie hummed as he drove and I realise he was humming Royals by Lorde. I struggled to get my phone out my dress pocket as it vibrated. It was a text from Lily.

'Are you home yet?'

'On my way I'll call you when I get home.' I replied. Somehow my hand managed to find Jamie's radio and put it on.

"Sometimes the radio doesn't play good songs," he told me, keeping his eyes on the road. The radio was playing Gorilla from Bruno Mars.

"Sometimes it do." I sang along to the song.
