Evan's Pov:

My friends and I waited at the tree that I first met Delirious at. They were all anxious to meet him. I could tell some of them were afraid for me, but I knew I could handle most things.

"So Vanoss, when did he say he was getting here?" Lui asked.

Everyone murmured their agreement.

I ruffled my feathers a tad bit irritated.

"He said he'll be here, he just needs to find a way of escaping unnoticed." I sighed.

Lui and Nogla exchanged concerned glances but didn't say anything.

"Let's hope it doesn't take all day..." WildCat grumbled.

MiniLadd nudges him softly. "Hey, just be glad Vanoss finally has his other half." He said with a smile.

"Haha took you long enough bitch." WildCat smirked.

"Pfft I took my time fucker." I snorted.

"Enough playing around, let's just wait patiently for the new guy." Moo said ruffling his own feathers.

Terroriser wagged his tail eagerly. "Let's hope Jonathan likes us." He said perking his ears. (Yes Terroriser is a dog... I didn't know what else to give him... eh I'll have to make a note for what animal everyone is... ugh I know it should be one of the first things, but you know what? Who cares! Now back to the story c:)

"I-I'm sure he will!" I said with a gulp.

Jonathan's Pov:

"Jonathan, where on earth are you going?" My mother asked as she narrowed her eyes.

"It's none of your fucking business." I growled.

"Ugh why did I have to give birth to a son like you." She let out an annoyed sigh and walked away.

I felt every inch of my body burn. I was so angry on that comment she made. It was the worst thing to hear from a mother.

"Well fuck you too then.." I grumbled and walked out with my ears pinned back.

I walked out the castle door to see Cartoonz outside.

"Hey buddy." He meowed.

"Hey.." I said taking in a deep breath.

"Eh let me guess..." he said transforming. "Your a stupid child blah blah blah." Cartoonz imitated my parents.

I shook my head but couldn't help laugh.

"Nah my mother didn't say that." I sighed.

"Then what did she say?" He asked lashing his tail.

"She said... "why did I have to give birth to a son like you?"" I shook my head angrily.

"Damn, your family is on all kinds of shit." He sighed..

"Hah your telling me." I grinned.

"Ok ok.. but aren't you supposed to meet Vanoss today?" He asked twitching his ears.

"I am actually, would you like to come with?" I asked.

"Sure why not." He grinned.

We both started to head off. We heard some guards trying to stop us, which meant we had to book it.
