I feel an aggravating pain in my skull. Everything ached, from my head to the very tips of my toes. A small groan slips out of my mouth as I sit up.I was in a small room, with a baby cradle next to me and a familiar box full of toys from when I was much younger. I stand up and stalk over, not wanting to wake up the infant. As I peer into the cradle I see a baby with pale skin and hollow eyes. Blood ran down its mouth. I feel fear take over.
My unborn sister...?
All what I remember was my mother being pregnant, not telling father, the child wasn't his.
For weeks mom would tell me stories, stories about how storks would fly in and drop off gooing babies and you would have to pay a small fee for their trip. I miss her voice. I was her moon, father was her sun and the unborn child was going to be her star. She had it all planned out how she was going to tell father. But until that night.....
A creaking noise brought me back to reality. Instead of being in a dusty old room I was in a room, filled with weapons and books. I was laying in a grey chair and to the left was a couch. On the couch was Gai with Kakashi. By the looks of things they were talking about Ninja academy. My Sharigan was able to read lips from afar.
I sit up, a slight pain was still in my skull. "What....happened...?" My voice was hoarse. "Mika! Are you okay?!" Gai asks me as he looks over his shoulder. I nod yes. Next to me I feel a hand on my shoulder, it was Kakashi. I feel my face blush, "Why are you blushing?" Kakashi asks me, there was glimpse of amusement in his eyes. "N-Nothing!" I shouted as I whacked his across the head. In the background I could hear Gai laughing. I could see a smirk underneath Kakashi's mask. "Idiot!" I shouted as I swing another punch at him, but instead fell onto the floor.
Now both Kakashi and Gai were laughing at me.
I slowly stand up and snatch my bag from the floor. "Thank you Kakashi, for letting me to stay." I said with a small smile on my face. Gai smiles but Kakashi doesn't. I wave goodbye and leave.
I look up into the sky. The sun was setting into beautiful shades of purples and reds.
Then I remember that I have a family now, people who are from the Uchiha Clan, people who care.
As I arrived home, I was welcomed by worried phrases, they care, joy fills up the emptiness inside of me.
After returning I had nowhere else to go, so I decided to enter Obito's room. I have never been inside of there.
Outside I knock on the thin door. "Who is it?!" Shouts Obito, he sounded frustrated. "Mika!" I responded, even louder. The door swings open. "What do you want?" He asks me, arms crossed. "To see your room." I answered. "What's so interesting about my room?' He continues. "Nothing. But I just curious." I then proceeded to look over his shoulder. Obito's room was boring, just average. Except for a photo of Rin lying on his bed. I chose not to say anything.
"You can go now!" He snaps at me as he shoves me away. "Alright..." I mumbled as I left.
He seemed to be flustered about me seeing the picture on his bed. But I didn't care. We are still young.
I decide to go outside. All considering the sun is setting and it is beautiful as I gaze out the window.
Outside I go to the same old park, with the same old trees. Behind them I go to my rustic old home. It aged nicely, there wasn't as many roots growing around it as thought I would and everything was still in order.
Behind me I hear a branch break. I turn my head to see a slightly figure behind me. "Hello?" I ask it. "Yo..." It was Kakashi. I feel my breath shorten. "What are you doing here?" He asks as he sits down on my old chair. He sat there with a cold aura surrounding him. "Why are you so cold?" I ask him, more of the terms of blurted. "What do you mean?!" He snapped at me. "You seem like you have gone through something.... Like most won't experience when young." I replied as I sat down on the cold ground. I didn't know what I was saying anymore, I am lost and I am reaching out for help, at least I think so.
The rays of the setting sun seeps through the scratched window. Reds and faint blues hit the floor. "You're not alone." I sighed as I stood up. Kakashi stares at me with empty, hollow eyes. "Before I arrived here..... I was born in the Hidden Mist, with a family, a mom, dad and soon to be sibling." I confessed at I wiped tears from my cheeks. "T-They were murdered." I muttered as I turn to the door. "Why did you tell me this?" Kakashi asks me. "Because you would understand." I said as I left. He stood there, not saying anything.
I then head to my home. But I feel guilt, for him. Not having a family, like how I do.
