Months have passed. Somethings have changed with the world. My home with Obito has slightly changed with his feeling towards Rin, while Rin has feelings for Kakashi. I don't understand why. He is so rude and pessimistic, even though I am as well.
The bright sunlight wakes me up with the clanking of dishes in the kitchen. My stomach growls in response. Food would be a nice touch to this morning.
As I walk into the hallway I spot an exhausted Obito with messy hair and dried drool on his chin. "Good morning Obito." I call out to him. He turns his head, "Morning Mika..." His tone drifts in the air as we head into the kitchen.
We sit at the table with grandmother sitting with us. "Good to see both of you awake." Grandmother implies as she grabs the spoon and serves us each some grilled fish mixed with some pickled vegetables. "Yes. It is grant to see both of you up at the same time, for once." Grandfather says as he comes in with the rest of breakfast. We all thank him for the food and began eating.
Boy it was delicious. The sauce on the vegetables warming your tongue and my eyes tearing up from the heat.
Afterwards, we then both got ready for school quickly and started our way to there.
It was chilly, high winds day, with dozens of grey clouds in the sky. The children who causally wear shirtsleeve shirt, are now sporting jackets. And my Sharigan eyes catch of the words they are saying. Some are talking about the boy/girl that they want to befriend, or what they ate for dinner.
We were on time to class for once. The first day to a new school year, great. Another year to deal with the idiot, Kakashi.
But I drag those thoughts back to the end of my thoughts and try to focus on the present.
I feel Obito place his hand onto my shoulder, slightly shaking. I look over at him, "No need to be nervous." I tell him. "Uh sure." I all what he has responded with as he spots Rin with her lush brown hair and delicate features. His face begins to produce heat, his face blushing. "I-I'm going to talk to her." He mumbles as he takes off, leaving me alone.
I wander into the school on my own. My hands scrunched in the pockets of the pants I am wearing and I feel eyes watching. Behind I feel a presence closing in, it made my heart rate increase. "Mika! Good to see you again!" Cheers a loud, bold voice. I turn my head to see Guy standing there, his same bowl-cut style, but slightly longer from what I remember. "Good to see you too, Guy." I return the friendly gesture. He gives me his usual dorky grin before he takes off, arguing with some of his other friends. A few that I recognize from last year.
Within minutes we are called indoors, to go to our new classroom.
With my luck I am in a class with no one I know. Many watch with curisosity as they spot my never ending Sharigan. We gave gone to many, many doctors to see why my Sharigan never deactivate. No one has ever given us an answer. Which at this rate, I don't care. It's something that I've grown so accustomed to.
A girl with light brown hair sits beside me. Another girl follows behind and takes the last remaining seat behind her.
"Class. Welcome to your second year. I am Haneda~Sensei. Your instructor for this year. And Hatake~Sensei. He will be here helping from time to time." He first begins with.
All of the students stare in awe as they watch Hatake~Sensei teach us some basic techniques. None of us has seen a Jounin up close. Moments later the girl who sat behind my darts her hand straight up. "Yes. What is your question Bashira?" He asks her. "Uhm..... Where is Kakashi at? He isn't in class." Her dark face turns a bold red. "My son has graduated." He simply replies. My mood quickly darkens with Kakashi's name even mentioned.
Everyone laughs and we continue the class. My jaw dropped with both of the teacher abilities. I will strive to be an equal
At the end of the day I meet up with Obito at the entrance of the school. Off in the distance I can see Rin speaking to some eerie figure. As I came closer it was Obito with a large smile on his rosy complexion. She waves her hand in the opposite direction, repeating the words, or name. "Kakashi". My jaw drops as I pull my hair back into a sloppy ponytail.
I pick up the pace and reach them. "Obito we should be heading home. Before grandmother becomes worried." I use as an excuse. "Mh? Why?" Obito asks me. His bleak grey eyes watch my movement. "Why leave Obito?" Rin asks him. I turn and face her, a softer face. "Our grandparents might be worried." I explain to her. "Why go." Kakashi scoffs as he grabs the ends of his scarf. I ignore his unnecessary comment. "Never mind Obito." I sigh. "Wait Mika. Will you parents be worried?" She asks me, tone ever so sweet. "Maybe." Was all what I could say to her. Next to us, Obito and Kakashi already start arguing. "Stop it!" I snap at them. Obito stops and surprisingly enough, Kakashi does as well. "Thank you." I sigh as I take a pace back. "Screw off!" Kakashi snaps at me with is anger flaring. I narrow my eyes at him, my eyes catching his next move, His fist swings over my head as I roughly dodge his blow, kicking him to the ground. "Shut up hussy!" I yell at him. My anger raging as well. "Hussy?" Rin questions. Ignore her insignificant question. Kakashi stands up and throws a final blow at my torso, sending my flying back into the shrubs. I feel my body sting and blood dripping down my back and face.
"M-Mika...?" Obito mutters my name as I hear Rin shouting and Kakashi shrugging it off as he attempts to calm them down. I feel my aura burning, adrenaline filling my veins.
My body slowly stands as I swipe the blood from my face. Without thinking I dodge pass Rin and wrap my fingers around Kakashi's scarf. "Kakashi. I will not fight you." My voice bitter. "MIKAAAAAA!" Rin charges behind as she tries to protect Kakashi. I turn my head, she stops in her tracks, "Stop it." I say, trying to calm the mood.
I feel Kakashi grip my arms, his eyes following mine. "Why?" His facial expression drastically changes. "Violence isn't the answer." I simply tell him. He drops his arms and turns on his heels, starting to walk in the opposite direction. "I'm leaving." I hear him mutter as he takes off.
What just happened?
