Derek and I arrive at the movie rental thing, and ly down on the edge of the roof, looking at the ambulance and the sherrif's car that just arived. They suddenly roll out a brancard, while Jackson screams to Stillinski. "HEy, is that a dead body?!" Stiles sudddenly yells at the brancard, amd now I see it. Two arms are hanging from under the white blanket. 

"Starting to get it?" Derek suddenly says. "I get... that he's killing people. But I don't get why?" I answer. "This isn't standard practice, right? We don't go out in the middle of the night murdering everyone, do we?" 

"No. We're predators. Don't have to be killers." "Than why is he a killer?" "That's what we're gonna find out." Derek says while walking back to the stairs we climbed the roof with.

He walks up the stairs in his house. "You know, I have a life too." I say and sigh. "I don't care what you say about me being his pet or-" "Part of his pack." he interrupts me. "Whatever." I say while throwing my hands up. "I have homework to do. I have to go to a parent-teacher conference tomorrow because I'm failing chemistry. I've never failed anything in my life!" 

"You wanna do homework? Or do you wanna... not die? You have less than a week till the full moon. You don't kill with him, he kills you, and Scott!" I sigh. "Okay, seriously?! Who made up these rules?!" 

"it's a ride of passage into his pack." I sigh again. "You know what else is a ride of passage? Graduating from high-school! And, you don't have to kill anyone to do it! I can't- why don't you just find him yourself? Why can't you just sniff him out when he's a human?" 

"Because his human scent could be entirely different! It has to be you and Scott! You guys have a connection with him, a link that you can't understand! If I can teach you two to control your abilities, you can find him." 

"so if we help you...you stop him?" "Not alone. We're stronger in numbers. The pack makes the individual more powerful." I sigh. "how am I supposed to help if I have no idea what I'm doing?!" "because I'm gonna teach you! Do you remember when Scott got hit in the arm by the arrow?" I nod. "Do you remember what happened next?" I nod again.

"The same when Argent hit him with his car. Now, what's the common denominator?" I frown as he takes my hand. He brakes it. "AAAH!" I scream. "What the hell are you doing?!" I scream while falling onto my knees.

"It'll heel." he says and I sigh while getting up, holding my wrist. "And that's what keeps you human. Pain." I look at my hand, to see that it has heeled. "maybe you will survive." Derek says while walking up the stairs. What the hell is his problem?! I run after him up the stairs.

"Derek!" I say while pulling his arm. "You can't just do this and than just leave!" He stares me right in the eyes. Suddenly he grabs me, pushes me against the wall and kisses me. I kiss him back, as he lifts me up against the wall. I remove his shirt, and he removes mine.

"Fuck!" I say when I wake up next to Derek, seeing that I'm going to be late for school. Derek's stille asleep, and I run over to his closet, looking for clothes. I find some underwear and a black skinny jeans in a box with the note 'Laura' on it. I'm sorry, but she won't mind, will she? I can't find a descent shirt, so I take a sweater thing from Derek, it's pretty thin so it actually looks pretty nice, like it's just a women's oversized woolen sweater, and put it on. I put my hair in a pony tail, get into my Nike shoes and walk over to Derek. "Take my car, keys are on the dresser." He mumbles and I press a kiss on his cheeck, and than run outside to his car. That just saved me a lot of time.

I arive in Derek's shining black Camaro at the parking lot, and I can see everyone stare at me while getting out. I see Jackson parking next to me, staring to the car, "Nice ride, since when do you have it?" "it's not mine." I avoide a conversation by walking into the school quickly.
