14 - Shot me down

"Rosalie, you can come out now. I just want to have a little chat." Peter says. I slowly get up from behind the counter. "So, took you long enough to figure out who you're alpha was, hm?" He asks with a smirk. I just stare at him, with an angry look on my face. "Leave her alone." Derek growls. Peter just kicks him again. "You're not my alpha." I say with a growl in my voice. Peter chuckles.

"Hm, a girl with an attitude. You'll work with me anyways, I made you, you're loyal to me." He says and I give him a fake smile. "You go on and think that. Makes it easier for me to stab you in the back." I say and he pretends to be scared. "Either you work with me, or I will kill everyone you love. Maybe I'll start with Scott." I feel my fangs come out as I let out a growl. 

"Might as well be Derek, he's here now anyways." He says as he grabs him by the throat with his claws, so he starts bleeding. "DON'T!" I yell, and he smirks as he lets go of Derek. "I knew it would get you where I wanted to have you. So, are you helping me or not." I bite my lip.

We're standing in the corner of the lockerroom, as Scott walks in. He jumps when he sees us. "I don't get lacrosse." He turns around to face Peter. "It was you - " He stumbles. "When I was in high school, we played basketball. There's a real sport. I read somewhere that Lacrosse comes from native Americans trives and that they played it to resolve conflict. Do I have that right? Hm, I have a little conflict of my own to sesolve, Scott. But I need your and your sisters help to do it." Peter says.

"I'm not helping you kill people." Scott says. "Well, I don't want to kill all of them. Just the responsible ones. And that doesn't have to include -" "Allison." Derek finishes Peter. "You're on his side? Are you forgetting the part where he killed your sister?!" Scott says, and I kinda agree with him. "It was a mistake." Derek defends Peter. 

"What?" Scott is totally confused. "Scott - I think you're getting the worst impression of us. We really just want to help you reach your full potential." Peter says. God, what I would give to see that guy die. "By killing my friends." Scott says. "Sometimes the people closest to you - can be the ones holding you back the most." Peter says with a fake, sympathetic look on his face.

"If they're holding me back from becoming a psychotic nut job like you, I'm okay with that." I say, backing up Scott. "Maybe - You could try and see things - from my perspective." Peter says before he digs his claws into mine and Scott's neck. 

Flames. A lot of fire. Screaming people. Burning people. Peter in recovery, screaming from the pain of the hot water on his burned body. Laura's dead body we found. Wolfs bane. 

And then we wake up, and Stiles rushes in. "Guys; we have a huge problem!" He says, trying to catch his breath. "Trust us, we know." We say at the same time.

I'm just lying on my bed, when I hear Allison's voice. "Sorry, your mom let me in. Can we talk?" I hear her say as she steps into Scott's room. Then, there follows a looong scilence. "You want me to say something first?" Scott finally suggests. "No." She says. "Okay.. Do you want me to leave you alone for a few minutes?" He asks her. "Why would I want that?" Yeah, Scott, why would she come all the way over here to talk to you, just so you can leave her alone for a few minutes, ya dumb turt. 

"I don't know. It's just that, um - you came in here and said that you wanted to talk, and we've been sitting here for like, ten minutes - and you haven't said anything yet." He says, and he's right. "Sorry. It's a little hard to start. This is going to sound really ridiculous. Like - I - I guess I just - I don't want you to laugh at me." She says.

"I would never laugh at you." Scott says, sweetie. "Okay." She takes a deep breath. "It's about my family. A little while ago, I caught them in a lie, a small one. When my aunt first arrived, she had car trouble, and - My dad said it was a flat tire, but she said she needed a jump start." Allison says.
