After grinding at the gym for 3 hours, I headed back home, took a shower, packed up my things for the next day, and went to bed. I layed down on my bed, closed my eyes, and let sleep take over me. Suddenly, Caleb's forest eyes were all I saw behind my eyes. I jolted up from my sleep and rubbed my eyes. What the hell? The image wouldn't leave my mind. I never felt this feeling towards him, granted towards anyone.

It was weird and I didn't like it. I felt like those girls in the movies. So clichè. They would lie down on there bed and start fantasising about there crushes before they drifted into there perfect dreams. It made me sick to my stomach. Eventually, I fell asleep again.

I woke up the next morning and did the same routine. Lie down in bed until I'm ready to walk, brush my teeth, wash my face, put on my uniform and shoes etc... We left the house at 7:04 AM. I fell asleep in the car until my mom's voice woke me up. I don't know why I was looking forward to seeing Caleb.

Pull yourself together Ana! What the heck is wrong with you!?

I walked into first period with Peter. Peter was Harry Potter two point oh. He had brown hair, hazel eyes and round framed glasses. He was taller than me by a head. He wasn't like the rest of our squad. He hated video games and loved to read books. He was the most polite one out of all.

I wasn't in such a mood for our 'squad's' gossip, so I spent the break times with Gizelle, Destiny, and Owen. Gizelle was half latino, and her body was just DAMN. She had long black hair, crystal blue eyes and was an amazing singer and dancer.

Destiny was tall and skinny. She was a resemblence of snow white. Dark brown hair, pale skin, and honey eyes. She was an extremely talented artist and loved to read books. She is 'THE BOSS' and 'AWESOME' according to herself.

Owen was a comic obsessed dude. Star Wars, The Flash, Batman, The Joker...... you name it, he knows it. He had a ton of hair, brown to be exact, and he would automatically hate you if you have better hair than him. His hair and chubby cheeks were his signature features.

The school day was normal. I didn't see Caleb in the playground at all.

Why did I notice that?

I was weirdly impatient for last period, since I get to see him. I kept wondering if I liked him, but I knew otherwise. I've known him most of my life. If I were to 'crush' on him, I would have years ago. The bell rang indicating that the last period was here. I was really giddy and I tried to shake away the feeling.

Caleb walked into class with Rabecca by his side and I mentally scoffed. What the hell? When her eyes met mine I gave her a small smile and looked away quickly since Caleb was right next to her looking at me while talking to her. I knew my cheeks were bright cherry red. Rabecca sat next to me like last lesson and Caleb across us.

"Hey." she said dryly.

"Hi." I returned the greeting with a tight smile. She smiled back, by force I guess. Caleb poked his head out and waved his hand infront of my face. I turned around and looked at him. He smiled so I smiled back. Miss Chloè walked into class wearing a floral flowy dress, a denim jacket and ballet flats, with her hair in a bun secured with a pen. She looked younger than usual.

"Bonjour les enfants!" she said cheerfully.

"Bonjour madame Chloè!" We all yelled back. She smiled placing her books down on the desk and turning around to write the points on the board. The second her back was facing us, Caleb and Rabecca broke into conversation. I rolled my eyes as I took down the points.

Miss Chloè dived into the lesson about verbs and what-not. I took down every single letter she wrote, and noted everything she said. I was writing when I felt a nudge to my side. I turned and faced Rabecca. I wanna call her Becca, but I feel like we aren't at that stage yet. Or that we will ever get to that stage.

"Can I please copy down the last activity?" She asked. Obviously she wouldn't have it down. She was too busy talking to Caleb. I nodded and she smiled. I felt like that was the only thing we did. Smile and speak one or two words.

"Thanks." She said and we both turned around to continue writing down the rest of the notes while Miss Chloè continued explaining.

I zoned out for a couple of moments, thinking about the ocean and how nice it would be to go there. I was pulled out of my thoughts by someone calling my name. Caleb. Ugh I was not in the mood for this.

"Ana." he said. I snapped my eyes closed turned and faced him, opening them.

"Hmm?" I said. He looked at me confused. What's up with him lately?

"Nothing." he said turning around and facing the board with a smirk plastered across his face.

I went back to day-dreaming, same thing. The ocean. It would be nice if I were to have a boyfriend there with me.

Haha. Funny. Boyfriend? Me?

Fun fact about me, I never had a boyfriend. It was beyond okay with me. I'm a very sensitive person, so I knew that dating anybody would just make me feel miserable. Because it was gonna end at some point, right? As if anyone has ever asked you out anyway. My subconscious added and I knew she was right. I sighed and shook the thought away.

"Ana." Caleb said again. I was beyond pissed and he just added to it.

"What?" I whisper-yelled. His eyes widened and he just shrugged. I glared at him. I felt like slapping him across the face. Then again why was I pissed?

I knew what he was doing. He did the same thing before. He would call me every single time I would stare into space just to break me through my thoughts. It was something that was irritating. I knew he wanted something from me, he was just trying to ease into the conversation.

The bell finally rang. I threw my books into my bag and dashed for the door before he could stop me. But it didn't seem to faze him. What Caleb wanted, Caleb got.

"Ana!" He yelled as I dashed for the stairs.

Oh God.
