2. ‘Hao’ is an exclamation of surprise in the Tswana language spoken in South Africa.

3. ‘Heê’ is an expression of shock in the Tswana language spoken in South Africa (akin to the phrase ‘oh my word!)

4. ‘Hai’ is an expression if resignation in several languages spoken in Southern Africa.

5. ‘Yebo’ means ‘yes’ in the Zulu language spoken in South Africa.

6. ‘Umqomboti’ is sorghum beer, made from a certain type of wheat grown in most fertile parts of Africa.
