Vernon: Damn! I'm late! *hears the rain* Whew... Good thing that i'm late ^^;
Vernon runs out of the house after grabbing an umbrella. He went to the store to buy some candies.
Mang Boy: Oh Vernon! You're going to school?
Vernon: Yeah
Mang Boy: It's raining! Do you have an umbrella with you?
Vernon: Yeah! Good thing i'm kind of late
Oh how wrong he was

Riki: Oi! Vernon, what happened to you? Why are you soaking wet?
Mizuki: Yeah! Did someone drowned you or something?
Vonn: Did someone initiate a water-balloon battle?
Vernon: No... -_-.... The weather just hate me for being late
As you can see. Vernon is soaking wet. Half of his pants is wet. His shoulder is wet. And his shoes is fully wet, making him walk around bare footed.
