I woke up to people arguing and shouting. I unzip my tent and peek out slightly, not wanting to get caught. I saw everyone standing but were split into two. Josh, Sam, Tobi and Ethan stood on one side while Tasha, Vikk, Simon and JJ stood on the other. Tasha and Josh eyed each other up.

"It's her fault Amy left and Simon doesn't even care and he is her boyfriend!" Josh shouted pointing at Simon.
"Who are you to say?!" Tasha shouted back taking a step closer "do I need to remind you?" She crossed her arms and put her weight onto one leg.
"No" he said softly looking down
"What was that? Was that a yes?" She opened her mouth to say more but he interrupted.
"I said no, I remember perfectly and I'm still sorry ok?"
"I'll still never forgive you" her eyes started to tear up but she took a deep breath and carried on. Josh took a step closer and raised his hands to put them on Tasha's shoulder but she pushed him, causing him to stagger backwards in shock.
"I suggest you leave" she said quickly looking down.
"Excuse me? This is my camp, I am the one to say who can and can't stay!" He angrily shouted. "If anyone leaving its Nix" he pointed to my tent and I quickly held my breath. I'm pretty sure he saw me. His eyes went somewhat wide and he tilted his head slightly.

"Just leave Nix alone, she has done nothing but good to us and it's only been one day" Simon began.
"Do you not remember what happened last night?" Josh tilted his head a put a finger to his mouth and tapped it. "Oh yeah, she physically abused me"
"That's because you were being a dickhead" Simon poked his chest, making him stumble slightly, Simon towered over him but Josh never stood down.
"Well she was being a bitch!" He responded, Simon was about to shout back

"Is that really the best comeback you've got!" I shouted from where I hid. I stood out and crossed my arms, propping my weight onto one foot. His head shot into my direction, throwing me a icy glare.
"The only comeback I'll give you is a bitch slap!" He shouted as he took a step towards me before Sam stopped him. She whispered something into his ear, his body relaxed as he nodded his head. He never broke eye contact with me, his glare colder then the snow beneath me.
"You can stay but stay out of my way or there will be trouble!" he said calmly but loud enough for me to hear.
"Stay out of my way then" I mumbled.

This was such a great way to start the morning, with a pointless argument. I decided to go out exploring again but as I got to the gates Simon stood with me.
"Where are you going?"
"Just anywhere but here with him" I pointed in the direction of where Josh stood
"Mind if I come?" He asked not making eye contact
"Sure" I opened the gates and began walking, leaving him behind.

"Nix... Uh can you tell me abou-"
"I don't know how I can do it" I replied before he could finish the sentence "all I know is that if I hold my breathe I go invisible"
"Who were your parents?" He quizzed
"I'm not sure... I remember when I was younger being chased my these German men then hiding in a cave and cried where these people found me asleep and took me under their arm and trained me to be able to do the things I can today"
"What were they like?"
"They were kind, and very pretty. They were the sweetest things around but then if you got on their bad side you could be annihilated in seconds"
"What were their names?"
"I wish I could tell you but before they sent me out on my own I forgot their names... They did something to me and I remember knowing what they were but now I have no idea"
"Could they possibly be witches?"
"Witches?"
"You don't know what a witch is?"
"Um no.... Am I supposed to?"
"Witches are powerful creatures that cast spells with wonds... There's a stereotype that they are really ugly, green, all they wore was black and they rode on brooms" he said in a different voice and he made dramatic hand gestures.
"Sounds exciting" I laughed lightly "but they don't sound real"
"Really? You don't think people that cast spells are real yet you can turn invisible whenever you want?"
"You have a point" I said, smiling to the ground; slightly glancing up at him who did the same.

I don't really know where I was going with this but hope this is good enough for your standards lmao..... Ok I so I just re read this and this chapter is really shit and pointless so if it gets taken down or changed or whatever that's why but I'm too lazy so enjoy this Shiite chapter
