Anyways I realized that today marks the one year anniversary that I actually started this book. Yeah I know... a year ago already that Kane and Helena came to life in this book. Who would have thunk it?
I know that when I thought about writing this story, I never realized that it would be liked or well received as it has been for the past year. My mission was to make young girls and females aware of the type of relationships that are out there. Abuse, whether mentally, physically or sexually is not right no matter how cute, sexy or hot you think that person is. A person who truly cares and loves you should never demean, belittle, control, raise or put there hands on you no matter how upset they are. THERE IS NO EXCUSE!

Please, if this is happening to you or know of someone who is being abused, get help or tell someone. There is nothing worse than keeping this in and feel like you are alone. I never told anyone and still now at my age I feel the effects of the abuse that I went through all of those years ago. Learn to love yourself as God loves you and have Faith that your loved ones will be there.
