Chapter 7: "You're my little sister,"

Emlyn's P.O.V. (for a change)

"Logaannn! I'm hoommmeeeeee!!!" I called out to my sitster. I wonder if she's at home right...

"SSHHHHHHHHHHHH!" my thoughts were interupted when i heard Logan and... Jackson? i looked closely at them when i noticed Lo holding a small child in her arms. RYLAN! haha whoops. I hope i didn't wake him.

"Sorry." i said. I could feel my cheeks brightening.

"It's ok." Lo smiled at me. "You wanna finish watching Harry Potter and the Order of the Pheonix with us?" she asked.

"Yeah, okay." i grinned, flopping down next to Lo. Funnily enough, i loved Harry Potter as much as Lo. We were massive Harry Potter fans. I know i know, what is a guy like me, Mr Poular and sporting hunk doing liking Harry Potter? Well i like it, and i don't think i'm that popular, even though i am reminded of it often. I appreciate my looks but i don't flaunt them or brag. I think i'm just an averge guy. We finished watching the rest of the movie and said goodbye to Jackson and Rylan then i went up to my room. A couple of minutes after i was in my room i heard Lo walk into her room, and i'm guessing by the sound of it, flop onto her bed. I got up off of my bed and walked into her room, sitting down next to her, whilst she stared at the ceiling.

"What are you thinking about?" i asked her.

She looked over to me with a small smile on her face. "Just something someone said today."

"What did someone say today?" i asked curious.

"Doesn't matter," she said blowing it off. "Hey, did you know that Jackson apparently likes me?" she said, hiding her smile.

"Who said that?" Awh come on! Seriously.

"So you do know? How come you didn't tell me?" she asked, ignoring the original question.

"You didn't answer my question. And yes, i did know. But i didn't want you to date Jackson. He's is an awesome guy, one of my bestfriends, but come on. My sister and best mate? Uh-uh." i said shaking my head. I'm not completely against it. I mean i would prefer Jackson over any other guy. I know him and trust him, and he would take car of Lo. IF they ever dated.

"I never said i liked him though." and there is that blush.

"Really?" i asked. "coz, by the colour of your cheeks right now, i would say that you do. And anyway, you're my little sister, and you're too young to date." i stated.

"Emmm," she groaned. "I'm sixteen. I'm old enough to date if i want to. Not that i'm saying that i want to right now, but i'm old enough. I'm sure you started dating before my age." she said stubbornly.

"You're my little sister and i don't want you getting you're heart broken, or anything like that."

"Look, Emlyn. I love you and all, but you can't protect me from everything. I will have to date eventually. I mean dating is something that i have to experience in my life." she said very convincingly.

"Lo, i don't know what i would do if anything ever happened to you. Our family has already been through so much and i just..." she placed her hand on mine, comfortingly.

"You trust Jackson right?" she asked.

"Yes, but.."

"And you trust me right?" she cut me off.

"Yes, but that's not..."

"Look, i'm not saying i like him," she blushed. "But i am saying that IF i did like him and we did date, you would know you could trust us." she smiled lightly.

"Okay, okay. I get it." i said pulling her into a tight hug. "But you're still my baby sister, and i'm you're over protectively brother." i chuckled, and she laughed. "And i love you so much Logan." i whispered kissing her forehead.

"i love you so much to Emlyn." she smiled, hugging me tighter.

This is just a short chapter to show how Emlyn feels about Logan and Jackson. I hope it shows how close Emlyn and Logan are. If not let me know and i will try and show it more in future chapters. I really hope you're liking it so far. I'm loving writing this. Anyway thank you all.
