"So we're going where?" Demitri asked when we were about 1/2 hour from Orlando. "Orlando. Duh." Emmeline replied with sass. "Uhh what's Orlando?" asked Demitri. "Are you stupid or just uncultured?" I questioned. "Dude. Disney world." Nikolai said, paying the woman at the tollbooth. "Oooh! Mickey Mouse land!" Demitri said. Both myself and Emmeline stared at him like he had just said he didn't know what two plus two was. "You're incredibly stupid, Demitri. Where the hell did you find him, anyway?" I asked Nikolai as I turned back around in the passenger seat. "I honestly don't know." Nikolai replied with a slight smirk on his face. "What's the game plan?" I asked, getting more nervous as we came closer and closer to the city. "I have a vacation home here that we're going to live in. Honestly, the Alexander idiots wouldn't think we would go to a tourist city. Much less a tourist city in Florida." Nikolai said, pulling into a large gated neighborhood. He pushed in the pin on the pad and the gates swung open, giving my car space enough to drive through. "By the way, the pin is 1156. Don't forget it." he added as he drove my car to the absolute back of the neighborhood. It was a gorgeous place, with wonderful landscaping in every yard and three story houses. When we arrived at the house, I felt like an ant next to it. This house was the most grandiose out of all of them. It had three stories and a large garage with a fountain in the front yard. Next to this house was another, slightly smaller house. I assumed that this other house was the guest house. "Welcome home, guys." Nikolai said with a large smile spread on his gorgeous face. I smiled back at him as he handed the other two the keys. They ran inside ahead of us. I walked closer to Nik, staring up into his beautiful blue irises. "This is magnificent." I stated, mesmerized by his eyes and his smile which was still lingering on his face. "Not as magnificent as you." he said, pulling me in for a kiss.

The inside of the house was even more fascinating than the outside. The front door opened to a large area with high vaulted ceilings and a gorgeous spiral staircase. I looked up, staring at the twinkly chandelier hanging from the ceiling, simultaneously singing "Chandelier" by Sia in my head. I laughed out loud and Nikolai looked at me with a questioning look but didn't say anything. From the front room came the living room. This living room had a vast fire place that took up the majority of the far wall with a 60 inch flat screen on the wall above it. I immediately ran to the sofa, plopping down without a care in the world. I propped my feet up on the end of the couch and sighed. "Hey, we aren't done with the tour, dork." Nikolai said, towering over me. "Carry me?" I asked, giving him the saddest puppy dog eyes that I possibly could. To my surprise, he easily lifted me off the couch and carried me to the next room; the kitchen. It had a magnificent marble island and dark hardwood floors with stainless steel appliances. I grinned at him in response to the room. He then whisked me up the beautiful staircase and to the largest bedroom that I had ever seen. And I had seen some pretty large bedrooms. Centered on the middle of the wall to the back of the room was a king sized bed with a four poster frame and a wonderful canopy. "This is our room." Nik said, setting me down so I could walk around the room. To the right of the huge bed was an equally as gorgeous bathroom. The bathroom had a jacuzzi tub large enough to fit three people and a shower with jets on all sides and built in, waterproof speakers. I giggled, this house was way better than my Manhattan home, even though we could most definitely afford something this expensive.

"So when are we going to Mickey Mouse land?" I asked jokingly, giving Demitri a look as I said it. Demitri shot me a sour look across the pizza box. "How about Wednesday?" Nikolai suggested through a mouthful of pepperonis and cheese. "Sure. Gives us a day to relax and settle in. Sound good to you guys?" I asked Em and Demitri. "Mhm." they both murmured as they stuffed even more pizza into their big mouths. Out of nowhere, Nikolai leaned over to me and whispered, "Fancy spending some actual alone time with me?" I nodded and silently followed him up the stairs, ignoring the protests of Emmeline who wanted to watch Grey's Anatomy with me on Netflix.

"You're so absolutely beautiful, Alethia Cantin." Nikolai said as we laid in bed watching Netflix. I turned my head towards him and smiled. He pulled me closer to him and I sighed, settling my head in the crook of his neck. "Nik?" I said in a small voice. He gave me a "Hmm?" in response. "Do you think we will ever be able to go back home?" I questioned, not bothering to look up at him. "Honey.. do you realize what has to happen for us to be able to ever go back to Manhattan?" he asked me. "What?" I said, almost afraid of the answer that he was about to give me. "Andrew Alexander has to die. He won't relent until he is dead." Nikolai stated in a rather unusually calm tone. I wasn't actually surprised at his response. It had been a couple months since I joined the Elitists; I knew most protocol. I pondered whether Nikolai could actually kill a man, and finally I settled on a "yes if it were to protect his gang".
