Chapter 6.

Upon beginning of the second semester, sasalubong na agad ang Dance and Music Competition kung saan maglalaban laban ang limang big schools dito saamin which is kasali din yung University namin. Before then magstart yun, may mapipili na agad na University Girl and Guy para sa magiging Pride Face ng taon. I wonder kung sino ngayon ang mapipili para ilaban diyan.

Pero magiging main competition nun ay ang battle of the bands, kung saan dalawang banda bawat school ang inaasahan. For rock and pop. Bale sa Rapid 101 yung Rock kasi puro daw sila lalaki doon. Nandun ang Kuya Drake at Kuya Casper kaya malamang kasama din nila ako nun kasi performer din ako. Sa kabila, ang Eleventh Sense kung saan mixed ang miyembro, may babae at lalaki na kinasasalihan din ni Celine at Chase ang magpeperform ng Pop.

Sa aming part ng Dance Club, may tatlong groups din para makicompete. Yung hiphop na kinabibilangan nila Zachary and Arielle, Yung ballroom squad, kung saan karamihan ng newbies nandun, at ang samin which is the largest one: The Dancing Play. Para siyang Musical Something, or Dance Drama kung saan isang kilalang kuwento ang gagawan ng relative dance interpretation using also mild type of music. This is my first time para maging lead character dito kasi dati nasa sexy at daring ako na part. Yes, i am a bit conservative pero ewan ko ba, pagdating sa pagsasayaw, nakakaya ko lahat. Wala namang akong pakialam sa tuwing minemention nila ang daring performances ko. Basta ang gusto ko lang, ay sumayaw.

Kanina pa paulit ulit sa playlist ko ang kantang "Endless Love" at "Beauty and the Beast" since ito yung mga maraming part ako at almost pinapamemorize sakin. This is effin' harder than i thought. You know the Disney story called "Beauty and the Beast"? Ito yung gagawin namin sa TDP ( The dancing Play ). Si Dean yung gaganap as beast so i dont need to worry about those contacting parts of us. Hindi na ako nahihiya sa kanya since im always with him these years.

Dance Club is a big home for me. Di man ako ganun kaclose sa lahat, natutuwa ako at nagagawa nilang pagkatiwalaan ako bilang lead lady performer. Marami rin akong appreciation na natatanggap lalo kay Elle, pinaka leader saming female dancers.

"Hey." Someone sat beside me and distracted me from my thoughts. It was Gemini, a girl from the ICT block, in her Fourth Year Level. This girl is plainly cute but very attractive to those youngsters in their block.
"Nag iisa ka na naman." She chuckled, so i just smiled.
"Sanay ako sa ganito e." I put my phone down. Then rub my palms.
"Kabado ka ba para sa performance next week?" She asked. Nasa TDP din siya, at may special role doon.
"A bit. Medyo di kasi ako sanay sa ganito." I looked at her.
"Oo nga noh? Pero kaya mo yan. Mas nakakatakot kaya yung daring nun  na ginagawa mo, and i was amazed about on how you managed to win those things." She laughed.
I just smiled back.
After ng ilang minutong pag uusap, biglang pumasok ang ilang elders at pinalabas sila Gemini. Elders, lahat ng mga performers na fourth year. I saw Zachary winked at me before going out.

My phone beeped. I just recieved a phone text so immediately open it up and read Kuya Aaron's annoying message.

"Little Snow, makisabay ka sakin later after ng practice ng team ko. Samahan moko kina Luna."

Kahit kelan talaga eh. Gustong gusto niyang gawin akong chaperon pag pumupunta sa girlfriend. I just chuckled lowly and replied him yes.

After putting my phone down, i saw Zachary going near my way.
"May magandang nangyari ata a." He pinched my cheek and laughed with me.
"Its my brother." I glanced at him.
"Oh." He tried to smile. Alam kong medyo bitter pa siya sa mga kuya ko so i just touched his chin and chuckled too.
"You are too cute." I mean it.
He just smiled.

He began discussing things on me about his soccer life, and passion at dancing. Nasabi din niyang mas marami siyang nakuhang sugat at pasa sa pagsasayaw kesa sa soccer. Pero ang dagdag niya, mas mahal daw niya ang pagsasayaw kaysa sa soccer. Sumali lang daw siya nun kasi he wants to catch my attention. I asked why, because i am not basically into soccer players. Then he answered me that he thought i was admiring soccer guys in my whole life and so he wanted me to adore him.
I just find him too cute for me.

Natigil lang lahat ng businesses namin ng inanyayahan kami ni Elle na magsimula ulit sa mahaba habang alternate afternoon practice.

Habang nagpapractice kami ni Dean, puro pag alalay ang ginagawa nila Elle, at Zachary sa amin. I told them Dean was careful so they didn't need to worry about me. May pagkaclumsy kasi ako minsan.

"You are doing great, guys." Elle tapped my shoulder bago niya pinaulit ulit yung music pieces namin at inulit ulit lang namin ang slow steps with emotions in a flow.

"Good job!" When a 5 rotational practice of TDP was done, i almost fell on my knees. Medyo sumikip kasi ang dibdib ko but then Gemini held me up and i saw her worried face.
"Are you alright?" She asked.
I nodded and saw Zachary walking towards us.
I was about to step into him when i fell out, and it all turned dark on.

"Baby?" I heard my Mom's voice so i decided to looked out.
It was basically her, with her pale face.
"Oh my god! She is awake!" She almost screamed causing my three brothers to go near me, and the nurse just get in.
She examined me before say something. "Pagod na pagod na po siya."

"Can we take her home now?" I heard Casper.

Then, i remembered nasa school clinic pala kami. I went up and saw Zachary and Gemini from the outside trying to take glances on me.

When Zachary's eyes met mine, i just saw pain in his eyes. Alam kong nasasaktan siya dahil sakin. At sa dahil di siya makalapit ngayon sakin.

"Princess, we are going home now." I heard my Mom so i just nodded.

My brother Aaron and Drake went on supporting me pero sabi kaya ko naman. But mother told them to do that.

"I told you, Snow. Dont tire yourself with that bullshit thing in your club." My brother was a bit angry, and was likely addressing my second father was him. He hates us three joining our clubs.

"Its for the competition." I heard Drake.

"Competition kayo dyan. Paano kung napapahamak nalang kayo lagi dahil diyan? Kita mo ikaw Casper last year ah? Inaway at binugbog ka dahil sa competition din na yan!" My brother was at tense. I can sense it.
"Please stop, son." My mom said pero di siya nakikinig.
"Kuya please." I heard him sighed after getting my words.

I saw Mom sighed too.

After a long ride, nakarating din kami ng bahay. Pagkapasok ko sa kuwarto, nahiga ako agad.

Then, my phone beeped.
I wasnt that interested so i just ignored it. Baka wrong number lang yan kasi wala naman akong katext eh.
O baka si ate Elle?

I sat up and reached my phone and opened it.

New number. Unregistered.

"Please take your early rests and proper food. Im so worried about you."

Sino to?

Then, a messages just popped up again. The sane number.

"I love you, baby. This is Zachary."

Napakurap ako. In a sudden, i feel a strange feeling in my system.
I just smiled when the door flew open.
Where i saw a dead glare grom Casper's eyes.
"Are you and Zachary Williams dating?" He was serious.

Ano bang pinoproblema ng mga taong to sa mga lalaking nakapaligid sakin? Parang si Chase lang nung una.
"What the hell?" I asked peacefully.
"You don't know who are they, Jennica." He closed his fist off.
"We are not dating." I became cold.
"Be sure." Then, he walked out.

Ano bang problema niya? Nakakairita na yung ganito.
