Chapter 3 - The Imperial Ship

Cassian's pov-

I saw it in her eyes. She was scared. I was too. We've been through a lot and we aren't even home yet, but I don't even know where home is.

We raced into the imperial ship and stealthily hid in a corridor when we saw some troopers.

A trooper stopped. "Shhh..." I said quietly to Jyn. He turned, but never spotted us.

The coast was finally clear.

We sprinted towards a room full of many, many computers.

Jyn rushed to the computer and pulled up a map of the whole ship. We found the escape pods soon and started to head towards the pods when two troopers walked toward us.

We knocked out the troopers and put their armor on.

We took their guns and walked stealthily to the escape pods. When we got there, it was under construction for updating. So we went to the landing pad to steal a tie fighter.

We ran as fast as we could to the landing pad. It was only filled with one or two stormtroopers that couldn't tell we were rebels.

We hopped in a ship and requested to take off. They finally let us go after a long awkward talk.

"Where should we go?" I asked Jyn. "Let's go to Lah'mu. They won't expect us to be there." she replied seriously.
