CHAPTER 17

Chanyeol's P.O.V

After the whole birthday feast ended, i went back to my room immediately and locked the door. I leaned my back against the door and folded my legs towards my chest.

That bitter feeling i get whenever Jaerin hugs one of them, especially Kai. That boy, i'm starting to hate him.

I know he likes Jaerin, but i'll do whatever it takes to win her heart.

I sat on the edge of my bed and took my guitar out.

I started strumming and singing.

Just when the song ended, someone knocked on my door. I walked over and reached out my hand to unlock the door.

"Come in." I said.

The door opened and it revealed Jaerin. I had this happy feeling when i see her face.

I pat the empty space beside me and she walked over and sat down.

"Are you okay oppa? You seemed a little down. Besides, you went back to your room immediately after the celebration, did something happened?" She asked. Was she worried about me? Or was she just curious?

"Nae gwenchana. I just wanted to be alone for awhile. What brought you here anyway? Were you worried about me?" I chuckled. 

"I'm not the only one who is worried, Baekhyun oppa is worried too. Nothing much, i just happened to walk pass and i heard you singing. Your singing is jjang Chanyeol oppa!" She said enthusiastically with thumbs up.

"I'm not good at singing, i'm better at rapping." I said while rubbing my nape. Oh shit, why am i even blushing? Get your sense back Chanyeol ah!

"Whatever, you're great at both!" She said while smiling brightly, revealing her cute eyesmile. Jaerin is such a cheerful and bubbly girl, now i know why does the members like her a lot. Jimin hyung is so lucky to have such a sister, i envy him.

Kai's P.O.V

That hug from Jaerin is probably one of the best birthday gift ever. Her warm and soft hug, and her hair which smelled like strawberries. Hey, i don't sound like a pervert do i?

I walked over to the kitchen slowly, making sure i don't step on those drunkards. All of them were drunk except for me, Jaerin, Kyungsoo, Chanyeol and Sehun. I grabbed a carton of milk and headed back to my room.

Just then, i stopped by Chanyeol hyung's room and i heard Jaerin's voice.

*What is she doing in there?*

I went near the door to eavesdrop their conversation.

"Your singing is jjang Chanyeol oppa!"

"I'm not good at singing, i'm better at rapping."

"Whatever, you're great at both!"

Lots of laughing and giggling could be heard in there. Ugh, jealousy kills.

It was past midnight and i still couldn't sleep. I don't know why, but my legs started walking towards Jaerin's room. No, i'm not sleep walking.

I turned the door knob gently and went in before closed the door behind me. I tiptoed over to her bed and sat down beside her and started examining her. No no no, not in a pervert way, i'm not taking advantage of her okay.

Her sleeping face was the most precious thing ever. How can this girl be so perfect? I brushed her bangs away from her face and caressed her cheeks. I leaned forward and planted a kiss on her forehead.

I stood up and found someone leaning against the door frame.

It was Chanyeol.

He walked towards me and grabbed me by my wrist.

"You, come with me now." He whispered firmly, making sure not to wake Jaerin up.

He pulled me up to the rooftop and shoved me to the wall, causing my back to slam into it.

"Yah what's wrong with you?" I frowned and raised my voice a little. I was getting frustrated.

"I saw everything you've done to Jaerin just now." Chanyeol starred at me with flames in his eyes.

"So? What's wrong with that?" 

"What's wrong? You're trying to take advantage of her when she's sleeping huh?" He started grabbing me by the collar. 

"Yah get your hands off me!" I smacked his hands away.

"Watch your words hyung. I did not take advantage of her. And what's your problem? Are you getting jealous? You like her huh?" I smirked.

"Yeah, so what if i like her? Don't you like her too?" 

"Look hyung, i don't care who likes her. I admit i like her too, but i'm going to win her heart." I brushed my shoulders against his and walked back to my room.

Chanyeol....What's wrong with Chanyeol? Why is he acting like this?
