It's been almost 10 months since I've been a trainee in YG. And I won't lie, being a trainee in YG is hard. He have hectic schedules, the level of difficulty has been raised compared to it when I first came into the company, and little accidents had a very big importance these months.
One girl tried to do a backflip to impress our dance coach but she ended up not landing correctly while lead to her spraining her ankle and leaving the company due to many absences which was very sad...
Jess is still here, trying to make our lifes hard to the practice room and dorm since all the trainees have moved to a dorm together and convince us she is good at everything but let's be honest...the only thing she can do good is being pretty and kind of sing, but she can't dance or rap which is a disadvantage.
About me, I have learned many new dances, and raps, made new friends, including Bobby who ended up meeting with me in the practice room when the other trainees had left, and advising me, teaching me some stuff about rapping and just being Bobby which was enough for me to end up getting really close to him.
I guess I can say now that he is kind of my best friend / older brother.
Also I am proud enough to say that my singing has been improved. I am quite stable and my breath control has been better but I still need a lot of improvement to be considered at least a sub-vocalist.
As for the other sunbaes, we have met and been advised by many such as Epic High, WINNER, Big Bang, iKON, BLACKPINK and more since our debut date is coming closed and the possibility of me not being on the top 6 girls is making me more nervous than ever.
Now, in a week we will be able to present our progress to YG himself and some sunbaes by doing a rap & a dance performance or a vocal & a dance performance and one as whole group so YG can have a better idea of the people he is going to debut.
I have already decided the rap and dance I am going to do and I keep practicing it every day and night.
Now I haven't been able to hang out with my friends BaekHee and DaWon much but I've been texting to them a lot on our free time and they are doing fine.
BaekHee even has a boyfriend which made me realise that I kinda miss having one but with our dating ban I should forget about that...
