Chapter 12

Brook's P.O.V

Ten minutes earlier

"Need a ride?" he asks.

"No I'll walk there." I answer, then give him a kiss goodbye and run out the door; instead of going to the docs I go to see Meg. When I get there she opens the door.

"Brook what are you doing here?" she asks.

"You knew all along and you didn't tell me." I answer.

"What are you talking about?" she asks.

"I'm not just a vampire anymore am I?" I say with an angry tone.

"No you're not, you're a Hybrid Brook, a mix between a vampire and a werewolf, your very special and the last one alive." she answers.

"Well what about Nick, what's going to happen to us?" I ask her.

"You can't tell anyone about this, cause other people will start looking for you and try to kill you, so don't tell anyone." she answers, I nod and turn to leave when she grabs my arm.

"And there's something else...............You're pregnant Brook." She says.

"Well that explains the morning sickness, but how am I pregnant and how do you know this?" I question her.

"I have a special gift and I know things other people don't, you're only 10 weeks pregnant but you're 100% and no one will know until the third month." She answers.

"But how am I going to tell Nick, he's going to freak and don't get me started on Alarec." I ask.

"You can tell them when you're ready." She answers and I nod, and then leave. At first I think I shouldn't go home, well they'll find me soon or later, I think so I go the back way through the forest. I get through the kitchen and run upstairs to my room, I run into the bathroom and slide to the floor then start crying.

Time skips..........

After crying for hours I decide to face the fact and go find Al first, I find him in his room and I walk in. his head instantly snaps up to see me, a smirk crosses his face and he stands up.

"Hey Brookie, how you doing?" He asks, Terrible, I think.

"Good, um can I tell you something? But you can't tell Nick okay." I say and he nods.

"Sure go for it." He answers.

"Okay, now don't freak out. But I'm............... (Sigh) I'm pregnant." I say and his jaw drops.

"But how? Who’s the father? What happened?" He asks.

"I don't know how or what happened, but I know who the father is." I say.

"Well.......Who is it?" He asks.

"It's Col." I say seriously, his eyes grow wide.

"But you only slept with him one night, how is that possible? When are you going to tell Nick? He's got to know." He asks.

"I want to tell him in my own time. So no telling him, got it?" I say and he nods.

Time skips...............

After awhile of talking to Al, I had to turn in.

Nick's P.O.V

"Need a ride?" I ask after she walks downstairs.

"No I'll walk there." she answers, then kisses me bye and runs out the door, I walk to the door I should follow her. I think, and then shake my head no. Instead I go find Alarec, I find him and Jess together their a very cute couple.
