"Hey Jordana, where are you?" I answered my phone as I parked my car inside my house's garage.
"What do you mean where am I? I'm here!" She exclaimed through the phone.
"Can you be a little more specific?" I asked, a little confused by the situation.
"I'm at your house you dumb head! I thought we were going to Samantha's together." She said with a hint of irritation.
"Jordana the party is in more then four hours." I told her checking the time on my phone to make sure I wasn't going crazy. It turned out I wasn't, the party is in exactly four hours so I have no idea of where this early arrival is coming from.
"So? You know how long I take to get ready and I need help picking my outfit. Now hurry up. I am in your room." She argued, making me let out of a sigh. I mean, I do love the girl but she can get to my nerves sometimes.
"I'm here you idiot. I'm in my garage." I told her getting my keys on my backpack.
"Then what are you waiting for? Come inside." And with thad, she hang up. I rolled my eyes and shoved my phone into my pocked again as I walked in my beautiful home. I closed the door and left my keys on the counter to make my way upstairs and meet my crazy best friend.
"I'm here you cra- Hey! what is this?" I had to stop myself from speaking as I stood in shock at the sight of all my clothes spread over my room. I swear, they were everywhere. I couldn't even see the floor anymore. I then changed my gaze to Jordana, who was taking more stuff out of my closet and throwing them in the air like garbage.
"Hey sweetie! How was your trip home?" Jordana asked kindly still doing what ever she was doing on my closet. I managed to find room to step in and started to pick a few things from the floor.
"Jordana Hill, what have you done to my room?" I asked furiously as I took more and more things from the floor.
"Calm down! Geez, you sound like my mom!" She said as she closed my wardrobe and moved a black dress I own in front of her, looking for approval. "So, what do you think?" She asked beating her eyelashes quickly like a princess.
Now, I know what your thinking. 'How can a girl like her be friends with a girl like me?' Well, this is a question that I still have no answer for. I think it's because she kind of completes me, you know. We both have very different perspectives of the world and different opinions as well, however she is a very smart girl and she does know how to defend her point. That's the kind of friends I like to have near me. People who aren't superficial, selfish and ignorant. Although she doesn't show it all the time, Jordana is indeed a very strong, independent woman. I admire her very much.
But she also get's a lot in my nerves. Like right now.
"It's great. Now you can start cleaning this shit up, please. Thank you." I demanded her as I went in my bathroom to take a shower.
I left with a towel wrapped around me and smiled seeing that Jordana had done a great job with the cleaning. She was sitting on my bed scrolling through her phone. As she noticed I was there again she smiled and put her phone away, standing up from my bed.
"Good, you're done. Now, if you'll excuse me I have a brand new look to try on." She excused herself and made her way to my closet. I took her absence and changed into my sweatpants and my Nirvana t-shirt. I sat back on my bed and crossed my legs waiting for my friend to come out.
"So how's the Stevie's thing?" She asked from inside the closet.
"Not well I must say. He's kind of an ass. I'm think I'm done with him." I informed her with a sigh. I am definitely done with him.
