Poofff......

Dense grey smoke, did I land into a fire?

I knew it! There was something weird with mom, otherwise she would never leave me alone like this. She never even let me go out with friends alone. She literally stalked me and thought I wouldn't notice. But I did, I always did. Then how could she just leave me like that.

And then I saw it. Tousled hazelnut hair set perfectly on the top of his forehead. Just under it, curved eyebrows- one shot up with shock. Oceanic blue eyes showing the cutest expression I've ever seen. In the middle, a straight nose lined with perfect crimson lips below in a square jaw that would make any girl drool, then who was I to not.

I found myself lost in his dreamy eyes, which were on me!

The smoke slowly parted away to make his outfit visible.

He wore a black 'puma' hoodie , sleeves pulled up, and ochre trousers. I instantly recognised the look......

I had landed in front of JASON BROWN!!! Jason freaking Brown!

My ultimate crush! The love of my life. Omg!! I think I'm gonna fai......

Water trickled down my face. "What the ...."

"Woah. Chill dude."

"Sorry....uh....but such reaction is quite expected when you don't know your whereabouts. ....don't you think so too?", "dude"

He held out his hand, "Well sorry for the inconvenience ma'am. I guess I totally forgot that I was the concierge and not Jason Brown."

That line got my senses back to me. I gave him my hand to shake. "I'm Kate.....umm Kaitlin. Not a tourist by the way. You might know me from sc-", Jason gripped hard on my hand and jerked me up to stand.

"School", he completed my sentence. "As a matter of fact, you're absolutely right. I do know you. You're that clever girl in chem class aren't ya?" He added a wink and a smirk after he finished. "Oh really? ", I said, pushing a curl of red behind my ear. Right now, the colour of my cheeks matches the colour of my hair.

"Oh sorry, I meant the show off."

I don't know what struck me so much about that but I shot a punch right into his stomach.

"Oww....why you punchin me? I should be the punching you instead."

"Me!?"

"Look at you. A stranger. That a stranger who popped through the mirror!", he stressed on the last word so much that his voice was almost ultra sonic.

"I'm sorry"....long pause......"For both the things. Trust me, even I didn't have a clue where I would end up when my mom pushed me through the mirror at my uncle's house.

"So you want me to believe the mirrors are magic?"

"Well ya. I was kinda hoping that cause here I am,  300 miles away from where I started in just a minute."

"Ok. So let's say I believe your mumbo jumbo about the mirrors. But why did your mom push you through it in the first place?"

"Long story. ......"

~*~*~*~

"Wow!", the completely wonder striker and a bit wierded out expression on his face made him look cuter than ever. I think I fell in love with him all over again. Wait...love?! No no no. Just a crush.

"So what happened to the door?"

"What door?"

His cuteness switched to sarcasm." Woman, you sure this is your story?"
