That night Anna fell on her bed like a bear awaiting his hibernation. She wanted to think about Aaron and how to help him, but as soon as she closed her eyes she was fast asleep.

In the morning she had an apple as breakfast and head to catch the school bus. Her mum didn't talk to her since yesterday fight, although her dad said she was worried about her but Anna knows better that what she said won't be easy for her mum to forget. She hurt her with the dearest person to her heart.

Getting into the school bus, she took out her purple ear buds and turn the music up. An Asian girl tap her shoulder as they get to school. her first period was maths with Mr Brown, as shocking as that Anna loves maths and find it amusing. Nerdy, she knows it and care less to what others say. She takes the direction written in the small map since she still can't remember the place very well and walk to her class.

Someone catches her from her backpack and turn her around, as Anna was transfixed in her place she drops the small paper map and snarled a yelp. Her Attacker laughs and catches her with her elbows.

'' you were scared Anna '' he laughed harder,

'' that wasn't funny Mark! You could have killed me with a heart attack!'' she wriggles her arms from his grip and swat him across the chest.

'' feisty babe ! like it'' Luke makes his way to them.

'' wow Anna you sure can hit for a girl '' Mark caressing the spot where she hit him.

'' oh please not another male abuser'' Luke said dramatically.

'' Jas is just abusing stupid creatures like you, hey Anna you have maths right?'' mark asked.

She nods and bends to pick the paper,

'' I have maths too, come I'll walk with you'' Mark walks with Anna in his side.

'' I'm not stupid! Hey you two wait !'' Luke shouts from a small distance and follow them.

'' He's something else'' she tells Mark,

'' sure he is '' he agrees.

Annabelle spent the day with at least one of the gang in her classes, they accepted her as one of them already. She was thankful for God to bring them in her life, although she didn't know why would they choose to befriend her in the first place. Shrugging it off, she walks to her last class before lunch, literature.

She sees Mark and Reid sitting at the back, Mark waves for her to come and sit beside them. As she walks to sit there, the girls shot her daggers with jealousy but she didn't spare them a look. She sits in The only vacant chair which was beside Reid.

'' Hi Mark , Reid'' Anna greets, Mark gives her his shiny smile and she blushes. Mark is becoming so friendly with her, she notices and smiles back.

She looks at Reid, he didn't even move his eyes from his phone. She tried to study his features nearer , he was a pretty handsome boy and among the four he was the hottest. When he notice her stare, he looks up at her and raise an eyebrow as if asking what she wants. She was ashamed he caught her staring!!!

'' uh -u just I said hi '' Anna stammered. He rolled his eyes and returns back to his phone.

She becomes a scarlet red from embarrassment,

How rude! she erased any positive thought about him , he's the rudest among them too!

Luke and Mark were nice, oh but only with her and jasmine . she thought, all of them are players and the school hotties. Why was she destined to be the players' friend? Now, she'll receive the wrath of their fan girls!

'' Now class, I need you to read one of these novels and try to analyse the personality of one of the major characters in pairs, I want it at the end of the month'' the teacher Mrs Hardly said, '' now I'll name the partners, and no you can't change your partner'' she touches her thick glasses and gives a warning look to The groaning students.

'' Bailey and Hanna, Sara and Mat, Mark and Susan......'' Anna was a little disappointed, she really hoped to work with Mark since he was the only one she knows in her class besides Reid who'd chop her head off at any moment. Oh god what did I do to him? She asks herself!

'' Annabelle and Reid, Dalen and Bradley and Michael with Leah'' she finishes.

'' WTF '' it was no other than an angry Reid. Anna huffs and hide her face between her hands.

'' lucky you '' Mike tells Reid '' you got Anna''

'' unlucky me'' Reid replied furiously but he stayed calm afterwards.

As the class ends students rush out, but Anna was taking her time since she didn't want to bother Reid with her presence. But Mark was patiently waiting for her and together they walked to their table in the cafeteria,

But Anna couldn't stop thinking about what she got to do with Reid as her partner.
