-Samantha's POV-

When I walked into school on Friday morning, I was so excited for the day. My tan was great for the time of year, me hair was in an adorabled messy bun, and my jean shorts looked great with my navy blue and silver W.J. Franklin High School t-hirt. When I walked into the main hall, Cole was waiting for me.

"I was wondering if you would wear this?" he asked, holding out his football jersey. It was a tradition that all of the football players got their dates to wear their jerseys on game day. "Does it smell?" I asked with a smile, taking the jersey. Cole laughed. "No, it's clean." "I'd be honored," I replied. Cole walked me to the bathroom where I changed. "Wow!" he exclaimed when I walked out. "You look... great!" He was beaming, looking me up and down. "Thanks," I bent down to get my books, but Cole stopped me. "Let me carry those," he was being such a gentleman.

He walked me to my homeroom, and then we went our seperate ways. "I'll see you later," Cole said before leaning down and giving me a kiss on the cheek. I blushed when he pulled away and gave me one of his signature smirks. I walked into homeroom and sat down with my friends by the windows. "What are you wearing?" Becca asked. "Is that Cole Hall's jersey?" Kaitlin, my other friend, wanted to know. "Ya, why?" I replied, blushing and grinning all over myself. "So, you're oficially his date tongiht, then?" Julia pryed. "Maybe," I teased with the biggest smile on my face ever. "You are so lucky, Sam," Becca had the hugest crush on Cole since Freshman year. I just continued to smile.

Cole and I had the same 1st period and we sat next to eachother in that class. When I walked in, Cole was already there sitting on my desk. "You still look stunning," he grinned; I blushed. I set my books down and sat on his desk. He put his hand on my thigh and I looked at him. He looked back at me with his big brown eyes. The bell rang and we sat down.

After class, Cole walked me to my next class, even though we didn't share it. He carried my books there, too. "Thanks for walking me to class," I said when we got there. I took my books from him and turned to go into class. He grabbed my arm and spun me around. He gave me a kiss on the cheek and a quick smile before he ran off to get to his class.

We had the same lunch, but I had to go to the choir room. When I went to my locker to get my things after lunch, Cole was right by my locker. "Where were you at lunch?" he asked with a hurt tone. "I was practicing in the choir room, why?" I replied. "I missed you," he leaned down and gave me another kiss on the cheek. He grabbed my books and we headed for our German class. He reached down and grabbed my hand. It was so unexpected, but I wasn't about to pull my hand away. A lot of our friends in the halls looked at us and I couldn't help but smile. There I was with the hottest guy in school holding my hand. I couldn't wait until the football game! It was going to be so great!

The rest of the school day passed pretty quickly. Cole and I talked all through German and then all through History. When we heard the final bell, Cole walked me to my locker. "I'll pick you up tonight at 6:00," he told me. "That sound great," I replied, smiling. Cole leaned down and gave me another kiss on the cheek and a hug. "I'll see you later," he said after pulling away. I was blushing again as I watched him walk away.

I walked out to my car, a pink Ford truck, where my friends were waiting for me. I take them all home everyday. We all piled into my car and I took off. We talked about guys on the way home. Kaitlin was dating Parker, Becca was dating Grahm, and Julia was dating Joel, Cole's best friend.I dropped off Julia first, then Kaitlin, and then Becca. Finally, it was just me. I couldn't believe that I was going to the football game of the year (it was the game of the year because it was against our rival school, St. Agnes) with Cole Hall: the hottest guy in school.

I started getting ready around 5:00. Since I was on the cheer team, I had to wear my cheer uniform. I curled my hair into a perfect curly pony tail and did my make up the way the cheer team always did for games. I had just finished my last curl when I heard Cole ring the door bell. I ran to my window that overlooked the porch and saw him pacing nervously. I couldn't help but smile.

My dad answered the door, go figure. He invited Cole in and told him that I was almost finished. My dad led him into the kitchen where dad was convenientally cleaning the shot guns. "Do you shoot, son?" I heard my dad ask. "Yes I do, sir," Cole replied without missing a beat. I ran downstairs and into the kitchen before my dad could say anything else to Cole. "Hi, Sam!" Cole almost yelled when he saw me in the doorway. "Are you ready to go?" he asked. "Just let me put my shoes on," I bent down and grabbed my perfectly white cheer shoes and slid them on. "Ok!" I beamed, "Bye, dad," I called over my shoulder as I walked out the front door. "Bye, Mr. Quinn," Cole shook my dads hand one last time and caught up with me.

Cole opened the passenger side door of his big black Ford Super Duty pick-up truck for me and I jumped in. He ran around to his side and got in, too. He rolled down the windows and turned up the country station really loud. We laughed and joked the whole way to the game.

When we got there, Cole had to go to the field house with the football team and I had to go onto the field with the cheer team. He gave me a kiss on the cheek (again) and ran off. He looked great, I have to admit. We practiced some cheers and got ready for the team to come on the field. We went over to the entrance to the field and stood in our usual lines like they do at any football game. We heard the familiar bells and saw the confetti shoot out from the sides of the giant panther arch over the entrance. The players ran onto the field, but Cole stopped. He ran to me, picked me up, and kissed me on the cheek. I whispered "good luck" to him and he ran off to start the game.

The game was pretty good, but I didn't talk to Cole the whole time because he was focusing on the game. We were up by almost 40 points with 2 minutes left on the clock. We were all so excited to have beaten out rival school for the 10th year in a row. As soon as the buzzer sounded, I ran onto the field with the other cheerleaders. Cole found me instantly and picked me up, swung me arounfd, and kissed me, this time, on the mouth. We shared a couple of ''I love you's'' and we were back in his truck on the way to the after party.

"This party will probably go all night. Are you staying that long?" Cole asked me. "I'd love to!" I replied immediately. Little did I know that descision would change my life and Cole's forever. I texted my parents that I was gonna spend the night at Becca's and that I would be home around noon on Saturday. They replied that was fine, but to be smart and careful.

     I wasn't...
