Brandon's P.O.V
It was finally Friday. Meaning, only one more day of school. Though, I was homeschooled, school is school. Plus, Highschool isn't the easiest the thing in the world.
I woke up that morning getting dressed and such like an normal person. The only thing abnormal about it was that, the love of my life, who I felt I had no chance of speaking to. Messaged me yesterday, totally unexpected and uncalled for. And of course I freaked out. Why wouldn't I? But other than that, it was my normal routine.

After finishing up school, I closed my laptop, as I stretched. Soon, I walked up our slippery stairs. Making my way to my room, opening my white door. Sighing quickly, I walked towards my connected bathroom. Turning on the water, pulling it to "H" on the knob. As I waited for the water to warm up, I walked to my tall drawers. Pulling out undergarments and sweatpants. Later, I walked back into my bathroom. Taking off my clothes.
I climbed inside the shower, hanging my head, as I watched the water escape through the drain. I had spaced out, but soon I regained focus. I brushed through my black curly hair, as I added "2 in 1" shampoo and conditioner.
I turned the water off, grabbing my white towel as I dried myself in the tub. After drying my hair lastly, I hopped out of the shower. Gripping the towel around my hips. As I walked out, I grabbed my phone, scrolling through social media. Soon, a notification showed up on my screen.
My heartbeat quickened, and my stomach fluttered with butterflies as I saw Lucy's username show up.
LucyFizzy: "Heya Brandon! Good afternoon :p Hope everything is going well, I just got out my last class. I'm heading home. Thought maybe we could chat?"
I grinned at myself as I typed a response.
Me: "Hey Lucy! Good afternoon to you too. Anyways, yeah I'd love to chat."
I scrunched my nose at my response.
Am I being to desperate? Did I respond too quickly?
Will she think I'm a creep? I decided to push those thoughts to the back of my mind. And turn off my phone, as I thew it on my bed. Scratching my broad chest, I put on my undergarments. Then putting on my sweatpants.
I walked downstairs, once again. As I jogged to the kitchen, I saw my little sister on the dinner table doing her homework intensely. She looked at me, narrowing her eyes.
"Put a shirt on, creep." She said coldly.
I looked down at my bare chest, rolling my eyes. "Nah, I think I look pretty hot. And I want the neighbors knowing that too." As I pointed at the window, with young girls staring at me.
She sighed looking back at her sheets of paper. "Narcissist."
"I'm stating a fact, that's all." I said as I walked to the fidge, opening it slowly.

I turned the steering wheel, moving my car to the right. I entered the parking lot, as I looked for a parking space. After finding one, I turned off of the engine but turning my key, and pulling it out. As I opened the driver door, I udjusted my work shirt and combing through my hair a bit. I skipped to the door (figuratively), opening it quickly as I walked to the employee only door.
I was greeted by my smiling best friend, Jessica. I grinned back her, opening my arms for a hug. She willingly without hesitation gave me a huge bear hug.
