A/N
Hey frens!
After a short break, I've decided to come back and continue writing this book. When I first started it, I had no idea whether people would even get the point of these reasons, or even like them. But after a while, some comments and messages came through from these people thanking me for writing these reasons. People actually resonated with struggling to carry on with life. And that was the purpose: to make myself and others realise that life is more than these difficulties that we're going through. Sure, it seems like the black shadow that envelopes our souls may never leave, but it will. I know it will.

I'm on a long journey towards recovery, and I am very far from being happy. But it's possible, being happy.

So... yeah, so sorry for such a long-ass, boring speech but here's reason 26.

(Oh, and by the way, if you guys ever want to talk about ANYTHING at all or just want to vent about your feelings, I'm available. Just message me, okay?)

Because recovery is near. Making that first step by asking for help may be difficult, but it is worth is. Because you cannot do it alone, you cannot get rid of these thoughts by sitting in your room and allowing the four walls to whisper threatening things to your ear that make you question yourself, question your life.
And also, imagine the freedom and relief that you get by finally asking for help and admitting that maybe you do need help. It's a definite weight off your shoulders, trust me. So take that first step, yeah? Do it for your freedom.
