So... I'm feeling pretty crappy right now, and trying to battle suicidal thoughts again, so I decided to make a list of the things that keep me going when things start to get bad.
- long, hot showers
- chocolate
- listening to TØP while doing algebra and/or physics, or just studying in general
- watching Mr. Robot and Grey's Anatomy
- talking to my little sister about her imaginary friends (she's quite funny)
- reading
- listening to spoken word poetry
- writing (always helps me survive life in general)
- hiding away from the world just for a few days, sleeping, until I'm able to face everything again.
- long walks alone and observing the city/nature
- coffee shop dates alone (I always bring my notebook along)
- drinking tea
- going to the library
- thinking about my future, when I'm out of school, at university - a clean slate.
- sometimes laughing and joking around with my silly friends helps too
- oh, and did I mention chocolate? And ice cream? And food in general? Especially Oreos with warm milk
- watching the sun set, cloud watching, star gazing
- running in the rain... it's an amazing thing to do
- yoga always calms me
- attempting to meditate (am slowly getting there, it's a tough one...)
- sleeping helps, whenever I'm actually able to shut my mind down
- daydreaming
- reading some more
- shopping I guess, too
So yeah... can't think of more stuff.
Idk why I'm even doing this...
