Bismuth x Female Reader Pt. 1

Its been a week since the Crystal Gems reunited with the blacksmith, it was exciting for (y/n) as she got to know Bismuth alot through forging weapons and joking around.

She was also training to be a Gem fighter, and is now trying to impress Bismuth with weapon making at the Forge.

(Y/n) was hammering a hot piece of metal as Bismuth was finished cooling off a blade by blowing the flames off.

"Ooh baby! This is a hot piece of work!"

Bismuth said, grinning big as she admired her creation.

"Good job Bismuth! You think its a good idea to make all of these?"

"Just some minor back ups, in case we decide to make new recruits. Oh, and thanks for lending a hand, this work can actually be done alot faster with your help."

"No prob."

(Yn) she said, as she continued working until she realized something.

"Hey, I wanted to show you something I finished working on, if your not too Bizzy."

(Y/n) said, blushing.

She turned her head, laughing. "Hey, no one makes those kinds of jokes but me."

"Yes ma'am."

"Well then, let's see it. My first time seeing a human's weapon."

She placed her sword down, walking towards (y/n).

She put down the hammer and grabbed a long sword from underneath the stone table, showing it to Bismuth. The blade was all black, and the handle was silver.

"A few days ago a meteorite crashed from space, Garnet helped me move it to the forge. This was made from it." (Little bit came from Avatar the last airbender.)

"Oh my, this is..." She said, trying to finish her sentence.

"Not made well enough? I understand if-"

Bismuth laughed, "No gurl! I was gonna say beautiful!"

She put an arm around (y/n), ruffling her hair.

"Great job though (y/n), you got the skills of a full fledged Crystal Gem blacksmith."

She got dizzy from the sudden noogie she just got, shaking it off.

"So, what're ya gonna name it?"

"Huh? Name it?" (Yn) asked.

"Of course! Nothing strikes fear into Homeworld by naming a weapon!"

Bismuth turned around, grabbing a carving tool showing it to (yn).

"What should I call it?"

She smiled, "Anything that sounds catchy!"

"Ooh! How about the Black Rain!" (Yn) said, trying to sound scary.

Bismuth laughed so hard, "Gurl, are you serious? Try something not edgy."

She rubbed her chin pondering.

"Star Sword!" (Yn) said with glittery eyes.

Bismuth was surprised by this name. "Thats what I'm talking about!"

She began shaping a white star on the hilt of the sword.

"Now this is a weapon that means bismuth!" She grinned.

(Yn) cracked up hearing that joke again.

"Hahaha! Bismuth, that joke's not really going to be funny in a few days!"
