Lapis Lazuli X Female Kid reader

Steven: "Lapis!"

He yelled as he entered the barn.

The place looked more like a home rather than an animal farm, there was a fridge filled with food, a shelf filled with books, and a huge widescreen TV mounted on a wall near a comfy couch where Lapis was sitting, she turned around, with a smile on her face.

Lapis: "Oh! Steven!"

She flew over to him, greeting with a hug.

Lapis: "It's so good to see you! How's Peridot?"

Steven: "She's fine, she's been helping alot on our missions, and she's getting better with her metal powers!"

Her smile turned to a frown.

Lapis: "That's great, I hope she'll visit me sometime..."

Steven then comforted her.

Steven: "But you have all this cool stuff my dad bought for you and Peri!"

He said smiling.

Lapis: "I know, but Steven, it's not the same without Peridot, I need someone to share all this stuff with."

She said, and went to sit on the couch. Steven was in thought for a few seconds until an idea had struck him.

Steven: "I know who can keep you company!"

Lapis: "Who?"

Steven: "Just wait here!"

He turned and speeded off towards the warp pad, leaving Lapis alone.

[After a few minutes...]

Lapis was still sitting on the couch, reading a book while waiting, then she heard the warp pad and someone ran to the barn. Steven had returned.

Steven: "Alright! She's here!"

Lapis: "She?"

She asked as she stood up.

Steven then pulled a small arm towards him, revealing a girl, she looked the same height as Steven and wore some casual clothes and a big backpack.

Steven: "Lapis, this is Yn, she's moved to Beach City not too long ago, right now her parents are gone for the weekend and I was wondering if you could watch her!"

Lapis stared down at the girl, who did the exact same thing, the water gem raised her hand for a shake.

Lapis: "Hey Yn, I am Lapis Lazuli, welcome to the barn."

The girl was nervous a little and grabbed her hand, shaking it quickly.

Yn: "Y-Your very pretty..."

Lapis was a little surprised to hear the girl say that, blushing a bit

Lapis: "Oh, uh, thank you..."

She squealed and hid behind Steven.

Lapis: "Did I do something wrong?"

Steven: "You didn't do anything, she's just shy to see you!"

He said as she was still clutching onto his arm.

Lapis: "I see..."

Steven: "Okay Yn, I gotta go see the gems, you can stay here with Lapis until I get back, alright?"

She nodded a little as he smiled.

He walked back to the warp pad as he waved them goodbye.

Steven: "I'll see you guys later!"
