Lapis Lazuli x Male Reader

~Being with a Water Angel~

(Yn) and Peridot were at the barn playing a board game during the afternoon.

"Checkmate." Said Peridot as she finished the game.

"Peri, this is checkers, not chess." (Yn) said, groaning.

"Well how was I supposed to know that!? All of your Earth games have the same rules to me."

(Yn) facepalmed, as he got up to go outside.

"Wait, where are you going, (yn)?"

"I'm going to go find Lapis, she wants to fly me around tonight to find a place to star gaze." He smiled, blushing.

"Aren't you two in a "relationship" or something?" Peridot got up, walking with him.

"Where did you hear this?"

"Steven told me, and Lapis."

(Yn) froze and hesitated to ask, "How d-did she react?"

"Well judging by her awkward silence, she turned and went up there."

She pointed up to show Lapis sitting on the roof of the barn.

"She's been up there for awhile."

"Lapis!" (Yn) yelled up to her.

She looked down to see him and Peridot, she floated down on her wings to see him grinning nervously.

"Hey." He said.

She rubbed her arm, smiling back before looking away from him shyly.

"Hi." She said.

Peridot rolled her eyes walking away.

"Well, have fun you two." She said leaving them alone.

"So, you like me, huh?" She asked.

"Yeah, its true, your not mad at me, are you?" He shook nervously.

She made a cute giggle, "No, I'm not, I actually like you alot too, and that your kinda cute when your nervous."

Lapis wrapped her arms around (yn).

"So you were just thinking over what Steven told you about me being in love with you?" He asked.

"Yep, I feel like he wants you and me to spend some more time together, thats why I wanted to fly you around tonight." She said, smiling.

(Yn) smirked as he rubbed Lapis's back gem softly making her blush.

"You know what I like about you? You have a weakness for back rubs." He laughed, Lapis giving him a playful shove, making a little snort.

"Be serious, (yn)!" She said.

"I am being serious! My water angel has the need for a massage!" He said, acting like a daring knight.

Lapis laughed holding her stomach as he was acting goofy.

"So, shall we take to the sky, Lil' Lappy? The stars are lovely to gaze at this fine beautiful night." He asked feeling excited.

She smiled pecking him on the cheek, making him laugh.

"I usually don't like being called that, but for you, I'll make an excuse."

She giggled along with him, grabbing his arms as she started to flap her water wings and began soaring through the sky.
