Imagine you are at a My Chem concert and they are preforming "Cancer". The song that makes you cry. Most of the fans will cry just because of how sad it sounds. You cry because you lost both of your parents and best friend to cancer. You're at the front of the crowd and Gerard notices you crying.

At the end of the song, he walks right up to you, kneels down, puts the mic down beside him, and wipes away your tears and then telling you that everything will be alright and to stay strong for the people that you've lost. After doing so he dedicates the next song to you. "The World Is Ugly"
