53) Chubby Kitty

You were walking home late from party when you see a kitten sitting near an alleyway under a street light. "Aw! Hey there little guy!" You said as you knelt down to it. It was a really skinny brownish black cat. You were about to pet it when another cat ran at you and scratched out.

"OUCH!" You yelped, holding your hand that was scratched. Another cat stood in front of the other one with its fur sticking up and its ears back as it growled at you. This cat was very identical to the first cat. Only, this one was kind of chubby. It was protecting the other cat.

"OW! what was that for? I wasn't going to hurt him..." You mumbled. This cat only hissed at you and went to attack, had it not been for a third cat pouncing him. Your eyes widen as you watched the seemingly small cat tackle the bigger cat in a playful manor.

Then a forth cat with really poofy fur came out of the alleyway! It sat next to the super skinny cat and they both sighed. The small cat was jumped off the chubby cat when he bit his neck. You looked at them and see their wearing collars with name tags. The cat with the poofy fur is ray.

The short playful one with a sore neck is Frank. The skinny poker faced cat was Mikey, and finally, the cat that attacked you was Gerard. You looked at him. "You know, I was only going to pet him, you didn't have to scratch my hand ya butt..." Gerard just growled.

Ray shakes his head. Mikey walked up to you and nudged your hand. You giggled and pet him. "See?" Gerard rolled his eyes. "You know, you both look like you could be brothers. I almost can't tell you apart, aside from you being a bit chubby." You giggled and continued to pet Mikey.

When you looked at Gerard, he was trembling and growling and had tears in his eyes. You gasped and stopped petting Mikey. "Oh no, I didn't mean it like that. I'm sorry! There's nothing wrong with your weight!" Gerard turned away from you. You sighed and knelt down behind him.

"Hey... there is nothing wrong with being a little on the round side. I honestly think chubby is adorable! Don't let others get to you. You're beautiful." Gerard turned around and stood on his back paws and put his front paws on your chest and buried his face in your chest, like he was hugging you.

You gently hugged him back. You weren't sure if you were just tired and imagining things, or if Gerard felt like he was growing bigger. You opened your eyes and gasped when you saw there was a man in place of the chubby kitty. "Thanks sugar..."
