You are 4, Bandit is 8, and Gerard is 40
"Daddy no! Please don't make me do this!" You cried as you clung to your father. "Sweetie, I know you're scared, but you need the medicine so you don't get sick." He soothed you as best as you could.
There was a disease going around and your dad took you and your big sister Bandit to the doctors to get vaccinated. Your sister just got her's and now it's your turn. She was fearless and wasn't afraid of shots. You however are much like Gerard. You both are terrified of needles.
Bandit rubbed your back. "It's ok (y/n). It's just a little pinch. It'll only hurt for a second." She reassured. You shook your head. "Daddy and I will hold your hands!" She added. You nodded and Gerard put you down. But you immediately went back into his arms when the nurse walked in.
"NO NO NO!" You screamed and hung onto Gerard for dear life. He sighed and sat you down on the mattress with paper that you see at every doctors. "It'll be over before you know it, sweetie. And afterwards, we'll go out for ice cream." You dad promised.
"Ready kiddo?" The overly bubbly nurse asked you. You looked at her and shook your head. You grabbed Gerard and Bandit's hands and waited for the horrible needle. You shut your eyes and screamed when you felt it prick your skin. "Oops, I missed the vein."
The stupid nurse spoke. Gerard glared at her. "WHAT?!" You screamed. "Don't worry, I'll get it this time." She said. "You better." Gerard growled. She poked your arm again, but still missed so she tried a third time but still missed.
"STOP IT STOP IT!!!" You screamed and punched the nurse in the face. Bandit gasped and covered her mouth. Gerard quickly picked you up and held you close while you cried hard. "GET THE HELL AWAY FROM HER!!!" Gerard shouted at her.
The nurse winced at his ton and held her sore cheek. "M-Mr. Way I-" "SHUT UP! I'M NOT LETTING YOU STICK ANOTHER NEEDLE IN MY DAUGHTER! Come on Bandit, we're leaving!" Your dad yelled. He grabbed your sister's hand and the three of you left.
"So wait, (y/n) does have to get a shot?" You sister asked. "Not today she doesn't." Gerard replied. "Dad? A-am I in trouble?" You sobbed, terrified that your dad was going to yell at you now. He looked at you and smiled. "Of course not sweetie.
While normally I encourage you NOT to use violence, I'll let it slide. That nurse was hurting you and I didn't like that." Gerard replied. "We'll try again tomorrow, but with a different doctor. For now, let's just go out for ice cream!" He added.
You perked you and had a huge smile on your face. "Really?!" You and Bandit both squealed and started cheering together. Gerard chuckled and put you down so you all could get in the car. "And you know what, since you're getting a shot tomorrow, we can go out for ice cream again!"
He said. You and your sister both squealed and we're all happy.
