During their travel back home, no one spoke, as some were still dealing with their hangovers and some not knowing what to say, and finally some feeling tired and hurt. Jungkook avoided any talk, if it happened, by putting his earphones on and blasting music. Taehyung was still processing on how he ended up kissing the younger. As they arrived at the station, Jungkook dropped his bag on the floor and sighed. He had a lot of to do but now he just wanted to rest. They all gathered around and bid farewell. It was in the middle of the night and the only sound heard in the station was Hoseok laugh as he made fun of Suga's bed hair.

"Jungkook, my brother is coming to fetch me, he can ride you home if you want,"

He could have agreed if he was living in a decent place, in a safe area but it wasn't the case so he declined the offer.

"Jungkook, you are not going home alone, right? It's dark outside and there's probably some gangster wandering around," Jimin said, worried.

Well for Jungkook, they looked more like gangsters.

"I am fine,"

"Who among us live close to him?" Namjoon asked.

After thinking for about a minute, they all pointed at Taehyung.

"Then Taehyung, see you," They said before leaving him with Jungkook in the middle of the station.

He sighed and grabbed his bag. Jungkook walked ahead of him and tried his best to avoid Taehyung, who managed to keep up with the brunette. The walk home was so silent. There was not a single person in the streets. Jungkook would be lying to himself if he said that when the elder's shoulder brushed against his, it didn't affect him. He remembered their kiss and felt annoyed by the fact that Taehyung was his first kiss. Why it had to be him ? he thought. Each time, their eyes met, both minds would travel back to that stupid kiss and it would flash before them like it was obvious. Taehyung was amazed by how the younger's lips fitted so well with his, those plushy lips were so comfortable and alluring, he wasn't able to stop himself. It was his first time feeling this way while kissing someone, especially a man. Soon, they arrived in front of Jungkook's building and as he was about to step inside, Taehyung held him back by grabbing his wrist, showing slightly his veins.

"Until when are you going to hate me?"

"Until I don't remember your name nor your face."

Jungkook face showed no expression and his eyes were filled with emptiness. That's when Taehyung realised his mistakes, he realised that what he wanted to was not hurt the younger or ruin his life. What he wanted was something deep and simple, yet he couldn't accept it.

"Goodbye Jeon Jungkook,"

"Goodbye Kim Taehyung,"

Jungkook rushed inside his apartment and removed his clothes, before letting the hot water hit his well build body. Tears were flowing and he couldn't stop them. This time he was done for sure, he would never see Taehyung and he would have to forget everything about him. His first love had to vanish and he had to start again, maybe with someone else that won't make him question his feelings. A girl.

Once he was out of the shower, he scrolled through his contact list and found the person who can help him right now. He dialled the number.

"Hello Seoyeon ?"

Taehyung went back home and threw himself on his bed. He looked at the ceiling blankly. His thoughts wandered around and there was no stop to it. They actually stopped on a certain person, who is making his mind go crazy and his whole body twist, he hated that person's personality and looks but something about him kept Taehyung stuck to him. He touched his lips with his fingers, the sensation was still alive there on his lips. He brushed off his mind the thought of wanting desperately to see Jungkook, hold him and kiss him once again. Suddenly, his phone rang.

"Tae, did you get home safely?" Jimin asked.

"Yeah and you?"

"Yeah, what about breakfast at Brumerie?"

"Good,"

He hung up and closed his eyes, trying to get back all the lost sleep.

The next day, Taehyung waited for Jimin at the café. He scrolled through his feeds and eventually liked the picture of Hoseok uploaded, where they were all gathered around the barbeque. He spotted Jungkook on the photo, smiling widely as he was making a "V" sign behind Jimin. Unconsciously, a smile spread on Taehyung's face seeing how cute the younger could be.

"Taehyung?"

He lifted up his head and saw Jimin who was making an interrogative expression.

"Oh you are here,"

"Yes and I've been here for 2 minutes I think, why were you smiling like that?"

"Nothing,"

They both talked about their plans once they will be done with their studies in university. Both went to the university of the city but Taehyung hasn't been going there lately as he was looking for a job. Jimin attended the classes and would always bring notes to Taehyung, knowing how is best friend will perhaps never ask him.

"I don't think they'll ever call me back," Taehyung sighed.

"Be positive Tae, you don't even know it,"

Taehyung took a sip of his coffee and laid back his head on the top of the chair, his legs extended under the table, eventually hitting Jimin's shoes, who was too focused on his friend's face.

"Tae, can I ask you something?"

"Hmm?"

"Actually, do you like Jungkook?"

The mention of his name made Taehyung heart skip a beat. He gulped down, trying to give Jimin an answer that won't affect his image of the guy who said a few weeks that he won't fall for a guy and never for someone like Jungkook.

"I-"

"Jungkook, what do you want to drink?"

Taehyung searched for the owner of the voice and his eyes landed on a certain brunette whose bangs was putting aside showing his forehead, and whose face emitted joy and peace. Next to him, there was a girl, shorter than him, paler than him, who was holding him by the arm.

"I'll have a cappuccino," the younger replied to the girl with a smile, the one showing his bunny teeth.

She smiled back to him and once they got their orders. They walked towards the table near the windows. Jungkook's eyes were stuck on the girl before him. They intertwined their fingers on the table and stared at each other. There was this pink atmosphere around them, and there was something real to this sight, something that was more acceptable. Taehyung witnessed the sight with his brows furrowed.

"Tae, what's wrong?"

"Jimin, about my answer,"

"Yes, what is it?"

"I don't like him. I hate him to death,"

Taehyung stood up and exited the place with a defined mindset.
