Most of the car ride was silent and boring with the occasional laugh from Noya as he looked at memes on his phone. Then his mom spoke up, "Anyone want to stop for food?" She asks. Noya's head pops straight up and his phone flies out of his hands.
"Where!?" He asks excitedly.
"Anywhere you want, I guess." His mom replies.
"(Y/N) where would you like to eat?" Noya surprisingly asks me.
"Well... (Favorite Food Place) would be nice." I answer.
"Okay! (FFP) it is!" Noya exclaims.
"Okay, one of you call (Your Mom's Name) and tell her that we'll be stopping in the next town for food at (FFP)" Noya's mother requests.
"I got it" I state while already grabbing my phone and opening my contacts. I call mom and tell her our plans. She's up for it.
After about 15 more minutes we reach the next town and exit the highway. There wasn't much traffic seeing as how it was a cold Sunday morning and everyone was at church. We'd been in the car for just over 11 hours already. We made our way to (FFP) with the help of Nishinoya's GPS and his mom's killer navigation skills.
When we pulled into the parking lot, Noya had already jumped out of the car before his mother turned the engine off. My mom was still just getting there when me and Noya had raced up to the door.
After a short time, both our moms were ready to go in side. We walked in to be greeted by a nice looking waitress ((I hope your favorite place is a sit down restaurant...)) She looked to be very young probably still attending highschool. We took our seats, I was seated next to Noya with our mom's sitting across from us. Our food arrived soon after we placed our orders and we all dug in.
Then my thoughts finally caught up with me..... where am i going to go to school? I wont know anyone will I? Will they still have a volleyball team? Let alone will they have a boys volleyball team for Noya? Will me and Noya still go to school together?? will we be separated???
