----Anna's POV----

"Well dad..." She started to say

"Go on" I said

"Well he has been playing hockey his whole life. His birthday is on September 5, he was born in Lake Placid. And he is really competitive. Just sayin." She said

"Can he come and practice with us?" I asked

"We can ask him." Iz said as she got up from the chair.

"Ok" I said following her down stairs

After we had entered the living room, Iz and I had found ourselves in the middle of a wrestling match. The twins against dad. Iz and I didn't know what to do until dad started to say something but I couldn't tell what he said because he was panting. But apparently Iz could tell what he said because she was halfway to her dad when I stopped her mid-tracks. I must have given her a weird look because then she answered my look.

"He said that he needs our help." She said as she ran over to her dad for help

"Ok" I said as I ran over and jumped in

"Hey!! That's not fair!!!!" Max shouted

"Yeah. Three hockey players against two journalists! That really isn't fair!!" Aaron said

"Who said life isn't fair" I stated as I jumped on top of Max

"True dat!!" Iz had said as she got on top of Aaron

"Ok, ok. Hockey players win" Max said getting up

"As always" Dad said.

"Hey dad, Anna and I have to ask you something." Iz said as we sat on one side of him

"Yeah sure." He said as I sat on the recliner that I liked so much.

"Can you practice with us tomorrow?" I came out with the question

"Yeah sure. I will be here until Thursday because I have a game on Friday. And I promised coach that I will practice while I am here" dad answered

"Sweet. Dad your the best" Iz said as she hugged dad and kissed him on the cheek. I got up and did the same.

I went to the kitchen to help mom prepare dinner. I asked her if I can make something that my other mom taught me. She said it was ok. I went over to the fridge and grabbed random food out if it. Then I started to cook. After about 15 minutes of cooking, I had finally finished the meal. I felt proud of myself for making this because it was the first time that I actually made this recipe. But I had actually remembered it for some reason.

Mom and I set the table as the twins were helping dad bring in his gear and his bag from the car. They went up the stairs and put it in the master bedroom. By the time that dad and the twins came down the stairs, Iz, mom, and I were waiting at the table ready to eat dinner. Dad and the twins sat at their respective seats and everyone dug in. Iz, dad, Max, and Aaron said that the food was good and told mom that the food was really good.

"I actually made the food." I said as I was about to take a bite of chicken

"Really?" Max stated

"Who taught you how to cook?" Dad asked

"My biological mom." I said after I swallowed

"She taught you good then." Iz stated

"Yeah, I agree." Aaron said taking a sip of tea

"I think we should have this as a tradition." Dad said

"How so?" Mom asked

"Well, every time that I come home from Montreal, we should have Czech." Dad replied.

"Yeah I agree." I said.

FYI: twins = Max and Aaron!!! Sorry this chapter was short and sorry I hadn't posted this earlier. I have been so busy with Athletic Training. (Varsity Softball scrimmages!!)
