Chapter 2- The reason

Recapio:  "That is not fixable....its totally smashed" The hot stranger told me. That is his new name until I know his real one. "No! There has to be some way!" I shouted a little loud kneeling down holding some of the board pieces.

  "Well...can I ask one thing?" Hot stranger asked me. "S-sure" I said stuttering on my words. "Why is this board so important? Can't you buy a new one?" Hot stranger stated. "I-Its the last thing...my brother gave me before.." I said getting closer to balling out tears like it was a count down.

   Right now its 8. "Before he..." Its now 6. "He.." Now 2. "H-he.." That was it..1. I bursted out into tears my hands still holding parts of the board.

  The hot stranger pulled me into a hug and stroked my hair. "Hey..shh...its ok...calm down and then tell me..." He said trying to calm me down. But the tears kept flowing.

   "Hey how about I walk you to my apartment and we'll try to must it back together?" The boy said. I nodded. As I got up, I put the pieces in my blue backpack.

  He offered to take it and carry it but I told him that I'll carry it. We started to walk the same way I was going. "Colby" The boy said. I looked at him and smiled. "Thats a cute name" I stated.

  He blushed a light pink that I could hardly see on his darkish lightish skin tone. "Nacyla" I said looking at him smiling. "Thats a really unique name!" Colby said. Colby smiled at me as I turned a very light pink. "Before he died" I finally said finishing my sentence from before.

   "My brother" I finished the sentence. "I-Im sorry" He said looking down. "Its not your fault you aren't...the one who had a fight with him and he went for a walk to calm himself and he wasn't watching where he was going and got hit by a car" I said basically telling the whole story. "Its not your fault either" He sounded convinced but it was my fault.

   I just kept silent almost the whole way there. I didn't want to be rude or anything its just I didn't feel like talking. Colby stared at me for a good couple of seconds. I smirked, "Like what you see?" I said teasing him.

  He blushed a bit darker were I could see it. "S-shut up!" He said stuttering on his words. I giggled and he smirked and his smirked then turned into a laugh. Before I knew it I was laughing with him!
