Chapter 3- Old friends

Recapio:  He blushed a bit darker were I could see it. "S-shut up!" He said stuttering on his words. I giggled and he smirked and his smirked then turned into a laugh. Before I knew it I was laughing with him!

  As we finally reached the apartment complex, I smiled. "What's wrong?" Colby noticed me smiling. "Nothing..I just live here too!" I said. "Oh! Cool!" He said with excitement.

   We walked to the silver elevator and waited for it to open. When it finally opened Colby let me go first, he said he wanted to be a 'gentleman'.

   After Colby got in he pushed the same floor number I lived on. "That is so strange..." I said trailing off. "What?" Colby asked curiously. "We live on the same floor too" I finished my sentence. Colby nodded and smiled.

    His smile was so adorable. It was like you wanted to just poke his squishy cheeks. And actully it was very tempting.

   I just stared at him, but I don't think he noticed until he smiled. I quickly looked away in embarrassment. I heard a faint chuckle. "Shut up!" I said looking away from the blue eyed boy.

   It seemed like it took forever but we finally reached our floor. "Finally" I mumbled under my breath. "I know right.." I heard Colby murmur. I giggled and he smiled.

   When the elevator slowly opened me and Colby got out and walked down the long hall that reminded me of the 'Shining'.

    It always creeps me out. Even though I've been walking down this hall now for 9 months straight, it still sorta bothers me.

  "Every time I go down this hall it creeps me out and reminds me of the Shining" Colby stated. "I was just thinking that. "Heh, great minds think alike" The brown haired boy said. When we reached half way down the hall Colby stopped at his apartment door.

  I began to laugh. "What is it?" Colby asked looking for his apartment key. "I live, like 2 doors down from you" I told him. He looked at me and smirked. "Guess we are closer then we thought" He said.

    When he finally opened the white door with the shiny metal key he opened the door for me and motioned me to go in. "Sam!!! You home?!" Colby screamed. "Who's Sam?" I asked in a quiet voice. But I don't think he heard me.

   Then a boy with blond hair and he was a little shorter then Colby came in. "Hey Co- Who's the girl" He asked raising an eyebrow. "Oh this is Nacyla!" He said smiling. I did a little awkward wave and did a short smile.

   I then heard a voice that I recognized "Babe?! What are you doing?!" The girl yelled. "I'm just meeting someone!" The blonde yelled back. Then a girl with black hair came in. I instantly recognized her.

   "OMG!!! ITS BEEN SO LONG!!!!" Katrina yelled. "SINCE THE LAST I'VE SEEN MY SON LOST TO THIS MONSTER!!!" I sang. "TO THE MAN BEHIND THE SLAUGHTER!!" She finished the chorus. We began to laugh. We then looked back at the boys after hugging they gave us the most confused look.

  "We knew each other since we were 15!" I explained. Sam then just smiled and so did Colby. There was a dead silence until I began to laugh and everyone else started to also.
