Chapter 17- Together

I've decided you guys deserve another chapter...so here you go. Hope you weird people like it.

We put our stuff down in the farthest corner and sat down on the other side. "So how have you been lately?" Colby asked. "Fine, it was kind of hard to get over but I did" I told him. "Yeah...about that...listen I'm sorry about what I said...I was just upset that you didn't trust me..." He began with a kind of whisper. I didn't say anything and just let him speak.

  "I also know it was wrong of me to go out with a friend the day I get back and not see you first, but I want you to know that I still love you and if you need more time then I'll wait....but I want to give you something.." He said. "Wh-" Before I could finish he put his hand on my cheek, leaned forward and kissed me.

   I was shocked at first but then I got more into the kiss. We pulled apart for air and I looked at him and he looked at me back. "Does this mean we're back together?" I asked. "If your ready then sure" He said. "I'm sure.." I said kissing him again. We pulled apart once more when suddenly some one spoke over the intercom 'Attention all shoppers...the store is now closed please exit'.

  I looked over at Colby and giggled quietly. All the lights shut down row by row. Like in an instant I couldn't see crap. I looked over at the spot Colby was at. I could barley see him, it was pretty much his outline of his body. I could also here keys dangling from the workers belt loops.

  Colby and I waited for a good few hours until we both knew the coast was clear. "Do you wanna sleep for a couple hours?" Colby asked in a whisper. "Sure" I whispered back.

  We slid down in a laying position on the hard flooring and I began to drift away into a peaceful sleep. I felt a pair of arms wrapping around me. 'God how I've missed this' I thought to myself and drifted away into a deep sleep.

6 hours later~ I'm making it my goal to have this chapter be 600 words long.

I woke up with Colby's arms still wrapped around me. I smiled and slowly took his arms arms apart and wiggled out. I got up and instantly felt a pain in my neck and in my back. "Ugh I guess its not the best idea to sleep on a floor without blankets" I said to myself. I seen that the store lights were starting to turn on.

  I checked my phone and seen that the store was going to open in one more hour. I sighed and cursed to myself that I could have gotten some more sleep. But I turned back to Colby. "I guess I better wake his sleepy ass up" I smiled to myself. I walked over to him and knelt down beside him.

   "Colby!" I whispered-yelled. I kept shaking and calling his name. Until he finally woke up. "God its about time you woke up" I said laughing slightly. "Ugh, what time is it?" He asked. "9:45" I told him. He shot up and grabbed his bag and set it where he had been sleeping.

   "When a whole bunch of people begin to show up we'll leave" He told me. I nodded my head and put my bag over my his. My stomach grumbled so I got out a bag of cereal that I packed and ate a couple of flakes.
