Just that one moment of weakness allowed him nibble upon her collarbone, causing goosebumps to rise upon her delicate flesh "oh shit" she moaned, almost as if the words were dragged from her in a broken whisper. skimming his hand in her hair, aching to taste her, he instead twisted the delicate strands, tightening and tugging her head back, bringing every vulnerable nerve out in the open. sparks formed upon her palm, energy building and washing over them, as she thrust it at him. the band of energy snapped like a rubber band, with the effect of him getting slammed against the wall.
"Davaren, I... I just..." she couldn't make the words come, the ones where she told him that her attraction wasn't there on her side. lying to him hurt her beyond words. all she could do was refrain from a full truth. "I can't lose another that I love" her cheeks instantly flamed with regret, and honesty. knowing when to back off, he slowly got up from the ground, crouching and grunting beneath his breath. "she's getting stronger " he muttered.
