Selene
We'd been hiding out at the cabin for a week. There were no more visits from anyone and no threats occurring. As for Jace and I, we didnt even know where the time went. We were too taken up by the activities we enjoyed, day and night. He was perfect. My Jace was the perfect man. Everything was well settled in his mind and not once did he let anything rattle my brain.
It was a good Saturday morning and I was just finishing up showering when there was a knock on the door.
"I'll be out soon." I called out, doing a final rinse of my body. I smiled at all hickeys at different points. Some had turned yellow due to the healing mechanisms, while most were still blue. It's like he wanted them to stay on me so I could remember forever.
Classic Jace Anderson.
"But I'm bored!" He whined through the door and I giggled.
"You're not getting in today. Let me shower!" I argued playfully but he still opened the door. I watched his figure stand still through the translucent white curtains.
"You cant stay away, can you?" I chuckled. Before I could kove the curtain away, a splash of red ran against the material of it.
"No!" I screamed, pulling the open the curtain but holding it against my body to hide. Aaron stood with a pale face and readiness of anger. Jace was on the floor with blood gushing out from his throat.
"No!" I cried, falling back into the slippery bath tub. His face was pale and beautiful calm in his brown eyes was gone. He laid so lifeless with a wide mouth.
"Baby, no." I shut my eyes and cried with my breath choking me. He was gone.
"Please no." I shook my head in denial of Aaron's presence. He walked with the knife in his hand, looking like the grim reaper.
"Jace... no." I cried as Aaron's figure towered me.
"You should've chosen me." He leaned down and I let myself be taken to my death.
"Selene!" A yell woke me up and I found Jace hovering over me with a worried look marring his face. He was holding my shoulders and sitting on the bed on his knees.
"Jace, you're... you're..." I cried sitting up and taking him in an embrace.
"Baby, you scared me." He cooed holding my head with one hand and body with the other. I plastered myself to him, making sure no other soul touch him.
"I'm sorry." I cried on his shoulders, my sobs came out like painful panting.
"Baby, ease out." Jace carried me on him and sat on bed. His legs were crossed and arms tight around me.
"Please dont leave me." I cried and his hold toughened around me.
"Never."

After hours of consoling my weak ass, he got me to have lunch in the lounge with him, wher tried making lasagna. Thankfully, the meat was cooked this time. The pasta, well, I couldnt say the same for that. He made faces whine trying to chew but I made him eat with me.
He was working on his laptop and I had my bent legs in his lap, to be able to near his face and feed him.
"Stop it. Its gross." He kept whining and I fore fed him, more and more.
"Are you even eating?" He once asked me during and i laughed out, falling back in the couch.
"Torturer." He accused and shoved a bigger bite in his mouth. He groaned, bitting into it and I swear I heard a crunching sound in his mouth.
