Why Now (Juuzou x reader)

You get your quinque

You were getting ready to go to CCG to finally get your quinque you grabbed black skinny jeans, a flannel shirt then an f/c shirt under it, you grabbed your 80 knives and place them at your sides under your shirt and placing one on a knife holder at your thigh (like how Carl has it in The Walking Dead,) then you grabbed your shoes ready to walk out your room when you saw f/c suspenders hanging out your bag

You: hey why not

so you put them on but you let them hang on your legs they felt weird in your shoulders you walked out and saw Juuzou wearing his regular clothes but his shirt was all the way unbuttoned showing his black t-shirt and his suspenders were hanging down like yours you thought he looked cute and you couldn't help but stare

Juuzou: hey Y/n! are you ok?

You snap out your trance and try to act natural

You: I'm ok Juuzou I was just thinking about what quinque I would get

He gave you a sly smirk and leaned til you noses were touching stare then looked away then he slowly whispered in your ear

Juuzou: are you sure? because you looked like you were staring at me instead

He backed away from your face and did his closed eye smiled you look back at him and smirk

You: maybe I was maybe I wasn't

You walked pass Juuzou while he was buttoning his shirt with a confused look

Juuzou: wait where you really staring!!??

You couldn't help but laugh you walked to the kitchen to grab some candy but Shinohara stopped you

Shinohara: no Y/n you need to eat something besides candy and sandwiches

You glare at him and ball your hands

You: you can't make me now move!! or I'll kill you!

Shinohara knew you would try to kill him but he wasn't moving witch made you slowly pull your knife from its holder and grip it while staring at him blankly  Juuzou walked and saw you slide your knife from your thigh he didn't know you had knives like he does

Shinohara: Y/n please put your knife away and just eat something else, please

You look in his eyes and slowly put your knife away still angry with him you huff childishly and cross your arms

Shinohara: I know your mad but later I'll let you eat all the candy you want

You: promise?

Shinohara: I promise

You smile at that and jump giving him a bear hug that he gladly returned

Shinohara: okay Y/n don't knock me down now!!

You tilt your head and see Juuzou leaning on the door frame smiling

You: hey Juuzou!! can later we can watch a movie later so we can eat candy pleeeaaaase?!!!

Juuzou: sure I would love to but your gonna have to catch me first

You: ok I'll play your game but when I catch you your gonna have to try the new candy I got yesterday

Juuzou: okay but just hope you catch me!!

he sat down at the table twirling with his knife while you skip your way to the fridge

You: Mr. Shinohara? where did you get this flatbread from?

You pull out a pancake and he laughs Juuzou looks at you still twirling his knife

Juuzou: Y/n that's a pancake!!

You: oh can I have it, Mr. Shinohara!!!??

Shinohara: sure Y/n go ahead your gonna like it

You heated up the pancakes and sat next to Juuzou and took a small bite then you ate the whole thing in one bite

You: it's delicious!!!! I need to learn how to make these I'm good at cooking so it shouldn't be that hard!

Time skip cause I'm lazy

Shinohara: okay guys you ready?

You: c' mon already just wanna see!!!

Juuzou: look it's so huge

Juuzou had his face on the glass then you did the exact same thing looking at the tables covered with a white blanket

You: I can't wait to see what I get!!

You walk in and some people walk you to your quinque they take off the cover and you stare in awe it was a f/c whip with a red and white handle you grab it then a purple and red blade came from the other side you wanted it to come back in and that's what it did

Guy: it responds to your brain wave the whip is very sharp but it doesn't look like it

You run to a huge cube getting ready to whip it

Shinohara: Y/n what are you doing!!!???

You: I'm testing its sharpness!!!

You whip it and it slices in half you squeal jumping up and down

Guy: our other quinque steel!

You: Mr. Shinohara can I name it?

Shinohara: I'll tell you what I told Juuzou as long as you don't break anything else

You: then I will call it...q/n ( quinque name)

Juuzou came over to you with a huge reaper thing ( sry I don't know it) it had a black handle and the blade looked super sharp

Juuzou: hey Y/n how come they have you a whip? it doesn't look like you can cut anything

You point at the giant cube you sliced and gave an innocent smile

You: it's a lot sharper than it seems

Shinohara: you two should go into the training area to get used to your quinque I'll be back later

Shinohara walked you and Juuzou to the training area and then both of you fight like your trying to kill each other but before you made damage to each other you pause then continue  you did that for a while until you both got unarmed so you tried to pin him down then you guys were both rolling on the floor laughing like crazy

Shinohara: hey guys I'm ba-

You were on the floor with Juuzou under you, you had his arms above his head

You: Mr. Shinohara!! I managed to pin down Juuzou!!

Shinohara: what happens to you guys getting used to your quinque?

Juuzou: we both unarmed each other and the next thing you know she has me pinned down

Shinohara: we get up its time to go home you can both have candy if you want

You: you kept your promise?

Shinohara: yea I don't go back on my word why do you sound so surprised?

You: I'm not used to people keeping their word for anything so this is new for me

Juuzou: it's ok Y/n! we will always keep our word to you!

You smile and you both walk out the door with your quinque in hand

Shinohara: that's the second time I see those two on top of each other and this time it's the other way around!

Shinohara smiled and walked to the door were you and Juuzou were waiting
