chapter 1

Karkat was sitting in his hive, or as the humans call it, his house. what a stupid name.

Anyways, Terezi is trying to get ahold of him on trollian. He decides to talk to her.

She wants him to hang out with them? With dave?! That prick has been the troll's flush-crush for a while and karkat gets a chance to hang out with him.

He couldnt contain his enjoyment. He smiled at the the thought of hanging out with strider tonight. It was amazing.

Karkat quickly put on a clean sweater and jeans. The smile on his face didnt dissapear the whole time he was getting ready.

Soon his smile changed to his normal expression and Terezi knocked his door, she didnt live far so you can tell she left a few minutes ago.

He opened it.

"Hi Karkles" she said with her signiture, shit-eating grin.

"Hi terezi." Karkat said grabbing his keys and wallet. He exits the door and locks it.

Terezi lead him to a club. How pathetic is that? A blind girl led him. Pretty fucking pathetic.

He didnt care once they got there, they walked in and it was bright and dark at the same time. The smell of Alchol in the air and music playing. Not any music, Dave's music.

A smile came across his face when he saw dave, with his lame ass blond hair, his god damn felt suit, and those god damn shades you hate. It drives Karkat crazy just thinking about what he is hiding.

After the song, Dave leaves the turn tables and puts on "your gonna go far kid." The human walks over to Karkat and Terezi.

"Sup"

"HEY DOUCHE" karkat yelled over the loud music

"Hi coolkid" she cackles. Her god damn cackle.

"Wanna get some drinks and shit?"

"Yeah!" Said Terezi instantly

"Sure, why not."

They all go to the bar. Roxy seems to be in charge of it.

"Yo, roxy"

"Dave, your beats are sick" she drank from a martini in her hand.

"Hell yeah they were, thanks for letting me preform."

"No prob davy, so what can i get you? Its on the house."

"Cool i'll take a beer"

"I want vodka, the whole bottle" said terezi.

"Water" karkat didnt want to get drunk. Terezi seemed annoyed with his choice but she got her bottle and had her fucking grin back on.

This is when karkat noticed...

Dave and Terezi have been holding hands... are they? No, they cant be! Karkat thought to himself.

"Hey kitkat. Why water?"

"FUCK OFF"

The prick shruged his shoulder and kissed Terezi's cheek before opening his beer. Karkat knew they lived together, but he thought it was as roommates, not matesprits. There goes his chance.

By the time Dave has to go back to being the DJ, Terezi finishes her bottle and goes for another.

"So why is Dave the DJ?"

"Roxy knew he needed a job so she offered him one, it pays well. Really well."

Dave finished with some songs and came back. Damn it, he played Judge by TOP before coming back. THAT IS HER FAVORITE SONG! He kissed Terezi and asked to dance. Wow, they are good dancers.

When the song finishes she tell Dave she will meet him at their hive. She was getting tired.

"K babe, see you later"

She cackles before kissing him and leaving.
